We had plenty of space to be together or to be by ourselves, and not feel crowded. The house was perfectly located with a short ride to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Spacious 2500 sq ft. interior and equally generous Southern-facing deck that offered sunrise and sunset viewing. Owners have thought of everything including bicycles, kayaks, and what a family would need for a day on the beach. Location within walking distance of South Beach. Kitchen has everything!

The view from the back patio area was great and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bikes, beach chairs and cooler were just what we needed. The only thing that the house needs is a little paint touched up and the comforters need replaced on the beds. Other than that, this house was perfect. We would highly recommend it.

We even saw Dolphins playing in the waterway just off the deck. Andrew at Marco Island rentals was agreat help too, answering any questions in quick time. We went to lots of restaurants that were recommended in the Villa information and all were great. Quinns on the beach at the Marriott was a great location for watching the sun set! We had a great evening at Marco Polo restaurant, this was a more fine dining experience. We were welcomed by the owners and the food was amazing. Coconut jacks was great too, although this was the other side of Naples, but worth the drive. All in all a fantastic holiday!!! Can't wait to go back!

It is fully equipped with what one would need. You just need to go to a supermarket, buy your food and you are ready to cook a family meal in that awesome kitchen with stunning views. The house is very clean, with top of the line quality linens and towels. We enjoyed walking and biking around the neighborhood with the new bicycles provided by the owner. There are also beach items that we could use. We took care of the house as if it were our own home, we would love to go back next year. The management company was on top of things. We requested a change of an a/c filter and it was taken care of in a blink of an eye! I have already told many friends of this experience in Marco Island. Thanks again from our family.

It was spotlessly clean and as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The bathrooms could perhaps do with updating but in all other respects the property was absolutely ideal for our requirements. We loved the pool, the hot tub, watching the dolphins and just sitting and relaxing on the dock.In fact, there is more to the property than we expected since, for example, the garage has just about everything you could possibly need to have fun in and around the area, such as beach furniture, bikes (with safety helmets), fishing equipment etc. There were also some kayaks which were for hire at an additional cost, which seemed rather strange, but that wasn't a problem since we didn't use them in any event. We did have a couple of small maintenance issues but these were dealt with promptly and with no fuss by the agent, who was very friendly, professional and helpful.There is a lot to do in the area, whether you like long beach walks, lovely restaurants, cycling, fishing, wildlife or whatever. Our personal favourites were the beach walks, where you can watch the pelicans and other birds dive for fish literally feet from you, and the cycling around the island on the quiet streets and safe cycle paths. The property is also ideally located between the Everglades to the South and upmarket Naples to the North, so whatever your interests they aren't too far away.This truly is a Marco Island haven.

Your Marco Island home exceeded our expectations in terms of the location and all of the amenities that the lovely home has to offer. Although we typically spend the majority of our vacation time at the beach we found ourselves spending most of our time at the house enjoying the refreshing pool and spa, kayaking on the canals, fishing off and relaxing on the awesome new dock, riding bicycles, and utilizing the fully stocked kitchen and grill to prepare some tasty meals. After participating in the Turkey Trot race in Naples on Thanksgiving morning, we prepared a full turkey dinner with all the trimmings while enjoying the beautiful water views that the home offers. The Sonos sound system was also a big hit that we thoroughly enjoyed. We could not have been happier from the time we first walked in the door until we were packing up to leave and we marveled how most everything a vacationer would need is provided for in your beautiful home. The weather cooperated and we did find time to leave the home and have a couple of nice dinners on the water at Snook Inn and Capri Fish House. We also played miniature golf which is about two miles away and visited the Miromar outlets on the way back to the airport on our return trip home. We would love to find our way back to Marco Island and your home for a future vacation - it was delightful!!

Staying on the canal was perfect, we loved taking out the kayaks and riding bikes all over the island. Beach access is at least a mile away but this wasn't a problem for us at all. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for fun and comfort. Our only problem was we couldn't get the hot tub hot enough after the first night but this might have been user error. They sent someone out to check after we called.It really met and exceeded all of our expectations and we would stay there again. Marco Island was a fun getaway and we had great food as well. Joey's Pizza and Pasta, Marek's, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's brunch and Doreen's Cup of Joe were all fantastic!
