My group enjoyed our stay at Acacia. The house is beautiful, the pool is heated, and overall is well equipped with everything you need. The house would benefit with updating the dishwasher, and some of the mattresses. Otherwise everything was great and the host was very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the Empire Polo Club. My group was busy with various events throughout the day and wish we had more time to enjoy the house.

Had 12 guy's, was worrying about that many dude's in one house, this place exceeded expectations! Only bad thing was we had to Uber everywhere and its a long way from the airport

I was so happy to celebrate my big birthday with my five girlfriends at this property. It was just a perfect location for us. The real setting was just as beautiful as the photos presented on the website.
I loved the warmth of the jacuzzi and the sauna. We took advantage of all the comfortable amenities.
I wish there were just a few more supplies like wash clothes, hand towels, dish soap and extra bed blankets, but otherwise everything was well organized and clean.
The staff was very polite and responsive every time we contacted them.
We will definitely book again!

Great location, family enjoyed the pool and sauna daily. We had a great Thanksgiving sitting around the pool, dining room table was a bit small for our group. Great place for a family get together.

We really enjoyed our time at Acasia, the house set up was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Walking distance to Empire Polo Club. Only issues were the cleanliness upon arrival (was pretty bad, dirty, dusty, garbage, stains, etc) and how "used" the outdoor furniture was. I think the cleaning crew was in a hurry the day before we arrived. Overall it was great but could use a deep cleaning & an outdoor refresh (and we are not overly picky about that stuff). We did have a lot of fun.

Brought the family to celebrate a birthday, and everyone was very impressed with the space.
Poker table needs to be leveled, and the spa jets are a little on the weak side - but otherwise everything is stellar.
Stocked kitchenware, plenty of towels and welcoming beds made our time in the home a delight.
Was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge in the garage which was perfect for our backup bottled water through the warm days. Would happily revisit!

The house, pool, spa, location were all perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone had their own bedroom and we had plenty of bathrooms.

House was not prepared for our arrival. Property is pet friendly, however previous tenants failed to clean up after their dogs and cleaning crew didn’t do any better. Outside trash cans were full, garbage disposal had not been run and food was visible in the drain. Pool had algae along the wall near water feature. Non-stick pans, cooking utensils, bed linen need to be replaced. Issued a warning for false parking violation.

Guys on a golf trip. Pretty easy. House was good except for the outlets not working in the garage preventing some from charging their cars which created an issue one morning.

Overall the property was very good. Spacious, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, very nice outdoor space and pool, decent grill. Property manager was responsive to a cleaning mistake and a leaky faucet. Shortcomings were few kitchen utensils, very well used pots and pans, and a tired dishwasher.

Great property, well supplied home with lots to enjoy. We had some minor issues which were immediately taken care of. Only disappointment was the February weather...cold, windy and wet!! Not Vacanza's fault!! Lots of great restaurants in the area as well. Would definitely rent this home again!

There were 13 teenagers and adults. The house was perfect for our family and my 80th birthday gathering. The house is well-stocked and handles a large crowd comfortably. We had the absolute best time we could have imagined.

Description as provided; nice property with clean amenities; loved the shuffleboard, pool, and hot tub. Numerous beds available so no one has to share (8 guys on a golf trip). Didn’t need much from property manager, but in quick text contact if needed. Great experience overall.

It's been almost a year since we stayed here, don't know why I'm just now being asked to review. I recall this house being just fine, nothing to really complain about, but things were just a little worn. I recall some small issues in the kitchen (can't remember specifics, maybe a dishwasher rack that didn't roll right? That kind of thing). But it was all minor inconveniences,.nothing that significantly negatively affected our stay.

Me and some long time friends from Elementary, Middle and High School get together twice a year for a girls trip. This year was my year to find a beautiful home that would it up to 10-12 people. This home was so beautiful, clean plenty of rooms, bathrooms and space to enjoy great conversations. The beds were very comfortable no complaints from my group. The kitchen had everything needed and if there was any questions management responded quickly. The pool and outdoor patio was perfect we all had a great time, and will plan to visit again. Everyone in my party complimented me for finding such a beautiful home in a gated community.

Spacious and comfortable
The house had some wow-factors when you enter the gated community and the front door. Clearly, it is a very spacious home with 6 bedrooms, plenty of beds, games, pool, outdoor patio, etc. We olny stayed 2 nights, and we did a lot of outdoor activities, so I don't think we got to fully enjoy the property. I think the most informative question would be, "Would we return to this property again?" And the answer is a definite, "Yes." Oh, we also had very quick and clear communication from the manager. That was a huge plus.

Great house!
This was a great property but the beds advertised on VRBO are not accurate, one room has a couch with pull out bed that we were banking on using during our stay and the room was not large enough to take out the bed with the existing bed in the room. Also would like to see better and more necessity items like dish soap and hand soap and oil and vinegar etc.

We had an exceptional stay on this lovely property and beautiful home.
Our questions were answered by such helpful people and at any time. Any issues were dealt with IMMEDIATELY , we were SO impressed.
All of the amenities such as pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and barbque were just wonderful and we loved living outdoors .
The property is close to food stores, pharmacies which was so helpful with family.
We enjoyed our walks through this gated community and we felt very secure.
For our family, this was a dream come true and we made great memories. We will certainly pass the word of our excellent experience , thank-you.

The home is great for frailly fun. The backyard is great for entertaining and the pool was perfect
The property was nice and very functional. Game room was fun but the toilet in the master bedroom backed up and stopped working.

Guys golf trip was great, lots of room to relax inside or out.Hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a round of golf.The only thing I would reccommend would be to update the gas stove top and microwave. We would come back.

One concern was that a number of items were broken or not in working condition when we checked in. They ask that you review everything in the home and tell them if anything is broken or missing. For the price we paid (all admin and cleaning fees which is not cheap), we felt this should have been addressed and not been left to us. The outdoor pool umbrella was broken, the ice maker was not working, 2 TVs were not working, bar lights were not working, dishwasher bottom rack was busted and a few other items. We did call about the TV's and VacayStay sent someone out the very next day to fix them - which was great. We would definitely rent this home again. Our suggestion to you would be to do a review of the home and not leave the work up to your guests.

Great stay minor issues
Overall the house was very nice and clean. Fit a big group really nicely!! Great stay for families. My only issue was the AC was out the first day and it was extremely hot that weekend. Contacted the owners and they sent someone right away to fix the issue. We gave time for it to cool down but that night the rooms were just too warm contacted the owners again the next and they sent another tech out and it was perfect. Wifi was in and out but not a major issue. Everything overall was amazing just the incident with the AC was a little uncomfortable but they took care of it right away. Would stay again.

Perfect for COVID-19 family getaways
Since we've been sheltering in place due to covid-19, my sisters and I wanted a safe place to have a staycation with our family. This home was perfect for a family getaway. We had 11 children in total and they all enjoyed all the home cooked meals while they swam in the lovely pool. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The only thing I would modify would be the mattresses in the room with the bunk beds. My in-laws slept in the queen bed and the side of the mattress that she slepted on was not firm at all. Everybody loved the location of the house. It was close to everything! 5 min to Costco, 5 min to golf and 30 minutes to ride quads. We definitely recommend this home for safety, comfort and relaxation!
