Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely to have hot bath onsen after skiing. Great night wear too. The only aspect that could make it better is a real espresso machine with barista coffee.

The staff was amazing and the room was spacious. They had a van that took us to the ski slope and picks us up!

The shuttle was convenient but almost not needed it was so close to the ski resort. Brilliant location and we had a great visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

It was actually a taxi ride into Furano proper (esp. during winter), but on a public holiday when the in-house restaurant was closed, the hotel ran a free shuttle bus in to town to make up for it. We had a lovely dinner.

This was one of the most exceptional stay we had in Japan. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

Location is a little far from station, but they do provide shuttles. The shuttles are limited nonetheless.

A lovely hotel in Furano. Very modern with great guest facilities.

Parking was quite far from the hotel which would have been fine if there wasn’t a blizzard during our stay. The restaurant is also closed on Tuesdays which was annoying but we had a great meal out at a restaurant that the hotel recommended.

Qing from the reception is Awesome - she is very attentive and remember every details Thank you so much for hosting us and ensuring our stay is personal and memorable ! We came as 2 families of 9 people from Singapore and she ensured our check in, booking, breakfast, ski gears keeping are done in efficient manners. Will definitely want to come back here again. Oh yes and not forgetting Kawamura-san who made our check out process and loading the luggages/stuff personal. Keep it up team !

スキー場まで遠すぎず近すぎず、雪景色を楽しみながら歩けるちょうどいいいロケーションです。 丘の中腹上に立つホテルの部屋からの眺め。はるか向こうの山まで見えて、五泊しましたが床から天井まである大きな窓で毎日雪が降る景色を楽しんでいました。 モダンなインテリアデザイン。ドアノブから壁紙までどこを見てもセンスがある。他のお客さんも写真を撮っていました。 ホテル内どこも電球色の照明でアロマの香りがする温かみのあるホテル。 一口サイズで種類たくさん。とても美味しい朝食。 いつでも気軽に対応してくれるスタッフの方々。ありがとうございました！

Rooms are clean. The front office staff is very helpful and is able to speak English.

The size of bedroom was big enough to accommodate 3 adults.

Breakfast could have been better. Food was not replenished fast enough and/or some food was not replenished at all.

Located in quiet town, convenient if you drive, and close to supermarket or convenient shop. Room is spacious and clean, quipped with kitchenette, so you can cook and enjoy local fresh food and wine here. This hotel has welcome drink bar, and offer wine tasting till 11pm, you can enjoy till late night. Laundry is free, onsen is clean and nice.

Quaint little hotel/condominium. Offers a good selection in their buffet breakfast. Staff can speak English well and are very helpful. You can sit at their lounge and have tea/coffee or taste some wine.

Not near any restaurants. You’ll need a car to stay here conveniently. The 3 single bed room is quite small.
