The Cozy Island Cottage was an excellent stay for us traveling to Folly Beach and Charleston. The owners were very friendly and helpful and easy to communicate too.

This property was exceptionally clean and was convenient both to downtown Charleston and the beach! The property owners were very communicative and kind. We loved our stay!
Depending on which route you take when you arrive, don’t let your approach concern you! The way our GPS brought us in took us through some neighborhood streets where things didn’t seem to be well maintained. This property is great! And when we went out a different way, the sights were very different.

The location was absolutely amazing, was quaint and quiet in the surrounding neighborhood, and close enough to travel to sites. The cabin was clean, and had all the amenities needed. Wifi connection was great as well and the scenery was really pretty.
The only uncomfortable part was the beds for me, but I also always have issues sleeping in beds at ANY other location that isn't home. It was a little off putting with the AC units above the head and some stuff coming out of it, so I ended up sleeping on the couch instead, but overall it was a lovely experience and I'd definitely book again.

The cottage was BEAUTIFUL and in such a convenient location! In just 3 days we were able to spend a day at the beach, a day shopping at the outlets, and a day sightseeing downtown and we didn't have to drive more than 25 minutes to anything (and that was to the outlets!). The cottage was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals in! All the tvs had some of the common streaming services and there was great wifi access so we had plenty of entertainment while we cooked or got ready to go out. The loft area is really cool, lol but those winding stairs are tight so you probably don't want to send the person in your group who has had the most to drink to sleep up there! Accessing the cottage felt safe and secure, which was important for two ladies traveling alone. All in all it was such a relaxing stay!
