Beware -amenities not as listed! No restaurant. No pool inside or out. No workout room. No front desk.
Filthy, musty, lock on door didn’t work, view was over leaky looking food and parking lot rather than much ocean view. Elevator shook both ways.

Condo was exactly as described. Excellent location, having Publix right across the street was very helpful. Pools were clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time

Pros: The condo was bright and clean. Plenty of towels. Easy beach access. The 3 pools on property were clean and convenient. Cons: The air conditioner in the kitchen/living/dining area did not work. When temperatures are in the 90s and humid, this is not acceptable. I contacted the property manager who was polite but did not resolve the issue. AC still not working when we checked out. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. I requested an air mattress or cot but there wasn’t one available so I bought an air mattress from a local store. If you rent this unit and plan to use the pull out couch I suggest you bring an air mattress and use that instead. You will not be able to sleep on the pull out. I also suggest verifying that the air conditioner is working prior to checking in.

Highly recommend. Very Clean, additional benefits then a regular hotel, beach stuff, kitchen stuff ext. Provided. AMAZING location not to crowded, walgreens, Publix, shopping all across the street, liquor store, ice cream several restaurants. What more could you ask for. Definitely will return

Great Place To Stay!
My wife, two adult daughters and I booked a near weeks stay here, we had a great time and Cathy was so attentive and accommodating to all our needs. The place was so clean and stocked with beach needs as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Pool and amenities were great and the beach superb. We highly recommend!

Sandy Feet Retreat Can't Be Beat!
Absolutely NO complaints about the unit! It is fantastic!!! Communication from the owner was timely, thoughtful, and just the right amount. The unit was so clean and well appointed for our stay. It is very comfortable and set up in a way that is thoughtful and realistic. The amount of towels provided was AMAZING. The large number of hooks in the bathroom was a dream come true for a family of four (our children are 18 and 20, so four adults!) - it was also nice to not have to be creative with were we hung them up use. I loved the labeling on the cabinets in the kitchen - it was wonderful to not have to search for items. Finally, we loved the complimentary snacks - they were great to grab and take to the beach.

Comfortable and roomy
This is my 3rd year staying in this resort . The condo was clean and comfortable for all 3 of my family members. The bathroom was big and roomy . Enjoyed our stay in the resort.

Anazing stay!
My son and I stayed at the DBC from Feb. 19th to Feb 25th 2019. The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and immaculate. Everything is within walking distance which was great as we cooked most of our meals. The resort is stunning with 3 pools and an incredible view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and always were cleaning. I will definitely be back next year.

Great place great people!
We got to stay a week in this wonderfully located condo right on the beach. Got out of mind numbing cold to this delightful place. Plenty of things to do, cant fit them all in for just a week. The staff at the front desk was nice and helpful, the housekeeping staff were always friendly and gracious. All in all I would reccommend this highly.

Wonderful condo!
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing beach vacation! Awesome views and seconds walk to the beach! Clean, nice rooms and big bathroom. Restaurants and stores of all kinds all near by! We truly enjoyed ourselves. We definitely will be back!

Good location, easy beach access, comfortable unit
Right on the beach! 2 large pools with plenty of seating. Complex has their own parking garage. Nicely decorated unit with comfortable beds and relaxing environment. We walked to dinner at restaurants down the street every night, nice grocery store across the street. Check-in desk very professional. Would definitely stay here again.

Less than what we expected
We chose this place based on pictures and reviews. It was not nearly as nice as we expected. What we found was a unit with drab hotel type furniture and a bathroom in serious need of updating and repair. We had an expansive view of the street but a building across the way effectively cut off all but a thin view of the ocean. We were disappointed with our vacation accommodation.

Nice clean property
Overall, we had a great experience here. Petra's condo was great for 3 adults and two children. Clean, spacious, just what we needed. The resort is great, mostly older people and families; which is exactly what I was looking for. Petra was always quick to reply to any of my questions, which is always so nice. The one balcony is great for relaxing on; two chairs and a table out there. The other balcony is standing room only, but it's still nice. I would recommend to families, only down side is there's only a shower, no bath, but the shower is very spacious. Quiet room, two tvs with cable. Really a nice space. I would definitely rent through Petra again. Thanks for making our first family vacation memorable.
