Parking slots are not yet prepared, crushed stone around the house which makes it a little difficult, but I believe the owners will finalize this too. My recommendation for the owners - make sure to have a parking slot for each room/apartment to make life easier for the guests if fully booked.

Great hospitality with a bottle of wine upon entry and friendly conversation. Beautifully built and decorated house and rooms - the photos are true to life. Drinking wine on the terrace as you watch the sun set over the hills and vineyards is priceless. Bavory is a lovely village with many wine places to choose from and with a friendly local pub which also sells ice cream and pizza. Bus connections to Mikulov very good, although check in advance as their times can vary.

Nothing. People have mentioned the parking on the drive, but they're still in the process of finishing it. It didn't bother us. The neighbour dogs are boisterous, but depending on the room you get you might not hear them.

Privacy of the home - first house in a secluded village Fireplace - large, controllable, plenty of dry wood Patio & barbecue grill - although real charcoal would be better than briquettes Two extra toilets on the ground floor.

Lack of privacy of the room: you have to book all rooms to get privacy but even then the owners may stay in the house. Kitchen may get crowded with more than one party staying.
