Lobby was clean, and staff was pleasant during our arrival

The elevator reeked of a foul odor, and upon reaching our floor, we were hit with an intense heat wave and the stench of what may have been a urine-soaked carpet, not sure if that was the case, just my opinion. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and our room smelled like dogs. I didn't realize this was a pet-friendly hotel when booking; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen it.

The proximity to the University.

The room had a funny smell coming from the air conditioner. I did report it to the front desk, but no one came and looked at it. I also had to go back to the front desk for new sheets from the sleeper sofa as the ones on it had stains and food.

The Staff are great people. Everyone is so helpful and try to make your stay as comfortable and pleasing as possible. They were very inviting and attentive! The room are extremely clean and the bed is Super comfy!
