晚间彩霞服务员送来了晚安汤，可以看出酒店在服务上的用心；早餐在酒店的自助餐厅，何丹芸的服务很到位，送了厦门特色的小点心，临走还询问是否需要打包面包路上吃，整体服务都很贴心。

The location is very convenient, which is close to the popular foodie place ("Tsan-tshù-uann"). Parking is very easy and free while living there. I also like the environment, the temperature is nice in the room.

The hotel needs to put more attention to the details. I found one little cockroach in the toilet, which shocked me a little bit, but later the hotel switched a room for us. Service is timely. The view is only "ok" with this price since the view from the sea view room is mostly blocked by the building at the front. There is not much difference between the sea view room and the standard room.

Very plesant hotel in a good location

the rooms are very comfortable, well designed with great bed linnen and amenities. the breakfast even has some Xiamen signature dishes

the swimming pool is not well maintained, it’s not clean, the tiles are loose and some you can pick up from the floor, the furniture is milder and dirty, the place is not cleaned up in the morning after the evening drinks. I understand we are in China and as foreigners we should speak some Mandarin. However, we book an International chain hotel, so we assume we can get English language support. the staff was very helpful and friendly but we did run into many language barriers. I suggest to create a WeChat account and ask foreigners to scan this upon arrival. so all questions can be mention in there. the translation function works fine and in this case, anyone can answer guests.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, thoughtful house keeping. Every afternoon when we got back, kid’s bed was decorated nicely with soft toys. It was so cute and so thoughtful. The night before we left, they left us some delicious tea with their handwritten memo. We thought it was very warm and lovely. Thank you!

Drink selection at the bar was poor. They didn’t have any spirits, cocktails or whiskey option. They only had wine selection which we could only buy by a bottle. Red wines were kept in the fridge and it was very cold. It took a while to get served as it seems staff are not sure where all the wines are stored.

This is a very stylish and well designed hotel with a beautiful outdoor pool.

The evening menu was disappointing for vegetarians.

Very long wait at Arrivas as the hotel could not find my booking through booking.com, problems with getting internet and came back to a room that had not been cleaned.
