Location, staff and room are great!

The hotel was great and the room clean although the sofas inside and outside the room were quite dirty which I think should not happen considering the hotel standards.

The superior room was very spacious with a kitchenette and a lovely terrace. Great pool, lovely bar area and direct access to an exceptional beach with great possibilities for snorkelling and stand up paddle. The breakfast was very extensive and delicious.

We asked for a rare tuna steak at the restaurant but got a well done one. They switched it out without problem, but the amount that came back was half of the original portion. You can't make dinner reservations at the reception, it must be done directly at the restaurant.

the hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. from reception helping us with a late shower after we officially checked out, to waiters at coconut grove (their outdoor restaurant) and barkeepers who always smiled and lifted the mood of many residents.

food ! not good and not appropriate with prices. breakfast is so - so brunch is very expensive and not at all on level for a fours stars hotel. very noisy if your room is closed to the entrance, and the room was quite dark overall money is not fitting with quality

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, modern and have a very comfortable bed. The area of the hotel is beautiful and with many plants. The pool is extraordinary and THE highlight of the hotel. It solely pays off to stay at the hotel. The restaurant is good and we had the best cocktails from our trip to Réunion island at the hotel. We had a pleasant stay!

I need to comment on the kitchen. It is good to have a small kitchen with some equipment to make breakfast. This, however, is not a fully equipped kitchen to cook a basic meal. For example, there have not been even a knife or cutting board.

Contemporary hotel right on the beach. The bar between pool and ocean is the highlight. The staff was attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location perfect staff. It was a good stay. Thanks to the team for taking care of our request. Thanks to Julie, Matia, the young creol girl (sorry) who did our welcoming and the sympathetic lady at the bar. As I am also used to visit similar properties I can say the Ness is a good adress. Sincerely.
