This house is unbelievable! The kitchen has everything you could want or need plus more. The ski room was key for our family of 6. The rooms were perfect and family space was awesome. The location couldn’t have been better. Over all an excellent experience! I would HIGHLY recommend this house!

We enjoyed making Saw Mill Run Retreat our hone for the week! The ski room was a great place to store gear and get ready in the morning. Returning from the slopes was easy off Trygves run. Relaxing in the hot tub on the deck was just the thing after skiing. We even got to meet Earl the Fox! The home was spacious and had everything we needed. Multiple areas to relax in the evening allowed all to do their own thing. The pool table was great entertainment. Getting to the slopes in the morning did require some walking, but our "ski mom" drove us the short distance each morning which saved me energy for the days runs - LOL! The management team was proactive in asking if there was anything they could do for us and promptly addressed our needs. I recommend the home and management team. Enjoy!

This property was perfect for our group of 35-40 year old college friends. The house was a short walk from Peak 8 base and we were able to ski right up to the hot tub in back. Ski in/ski out was a big selling point for us, and this place delivered. Each room included its own bathroom and shower, which was a great feature for 7 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and had top of the line appliances. Downstairs was the jewel for our group because we could cook, play pool, and watch tv/movies all in one space while hanging out together. I recommend Saw Mill Run Retreat to anyone looking for a great place to stay while exploring Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. Not only will our group book another ski trip on this property in the future, my wife and her sister are already looking into bookings for the summer.

Starting with the Negative;
Hot tub not working was a huge downfall. We could barely sit in there more than 5 minutes because of how hot it was. I would literally be dripping in sweat. This is the reason I would not give this stay a 5 Star as that was on the top of our priority list.
Next Negative was the dishwasher, we had to run multiple cycles a day as we did not want to break the top rack anymore than it already was.

Other than that, the fact that every room had a bathroom and the addition of the ski room was a huge bonus. We really enjoyed playing pool while watching the football games and really appreciate the
hospitality when there were requests about some of the amenities.

Top activities were skiing and snowmobiling
Kids enjoyed the back yard and playing in the snow, their main negative comment was the fact they couldn't make a snowman nor a snowball.

Other than little things that do not affect the review, like cow fur on the chairs itching our backs, the overall stay and customer service was great. Had no issues getting in and out of the house/driveway. Very short drive to the slopes, worked out well for the kids. Found a nice sized sledding hill the kids had a blast on.

I cannot wait to come back out again. We will probably tray and ski in/out directly on the mountain slopes next time.

Great property! Great location to Peak 8. Only issue is WiFi and TV went out and management company didn’t respond until next day!! Very comfortable for our group of ten heated floors were awesome and the garage and mud room for ski gear was fantastic. Would rent this again for sure!!!

Great place in the perfect spot to ski the 4 o’clock run. 5min from Main Street, hot tub was already hot when we arrived. Perfect.

My children, friends , and I were able to relax and enjoy enough space for all of us. We loved all the wildlife we saw, espresso the foxes. The hot tub was my favorite part! We hope to return in the fall!

We were only in town for a few day but we made the most of it. The house was wonderful, it was perfect size for 6 adults with room to spare. The kitchen has everything you could need! The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed using the hot tub each night and starring at the stars. This property was located very close to town, with lots of great restaurant options. I would highly recommend this property.
