House was great. Very nice and clean. No complaints at all.

Great house! Spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom had a bath which was perfect for the kids’ bath time.
So close to the beach and they also had a wagon provided to carry all your beach items if needed. We had our own so we didn’t use the house wagon. Lots of beach chairs and beach toys.
The pool was wonderful after a beach day to chill at before dinner. Lots of pool floaties. However be careful with little kids slipping on the paved area around the pool. It is quite slippery and both kids slipped twice even with adult supervision. One of our kids hit the back of their head which was scary. Wear rubber or gripped soled shoes around the pool.
The kitchen had everything you needed and we loved the large kitchen island as we could eat and hang out there.
The dining table is very long to fit our entire family and some.
Would rent here again.

Great beach house! This was our second time renting this house for a family reunion. Half a block walk to the beach is so convenient for beach days and surf fishing. The pool is such a nice option for a break from the beach and the main floor layout is great for dinners and socializing for our family. Hoping we can return for a third time in the coming years!

Our family loves this beautiful home for our annual trip to the area. After finding this gem 3 years ago, we won't stay anywhere else. Having the pool to enjoy after a day at the beach is great. Thank you Frank for sharing your home with us. See you next year!

The house is amazing and the owner does his best to maintain the property. Regardless of his efforts, each tenant should also do their part in helping the next guests staying at the house to find it clean and in order. This year we found empty snack bags with crumbs under the mattresses in what we use as rooms for the children. Luckily we found them Saturday and removed them before ants became an issue.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. The house was more beautiful than the pictures show. Close to beach and restaurants. Frank was awesome and very kind to check in on us during our stay. Would definitely rent this house again!

This was our family's first trip to Fenwick Island. We will definitely be returning!
Our trip was interrupted by the storm Ophelia!
No sunshine with the exception of a few peeks of sun on two occasions.
Regardless of the weather our stay at Storm Bait was wonderful! The whole family enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area for meals and game nights. We watched Halloween movies and ate lots of snacks! Each of our bedrooms had comfortable beds & pillows, with our own bathrooms!
We did travel out to play indoor mini golf one day, Lombardi's for dinner & a short walk on OC Boardwalk.

We wish the pool was cleaned earlier in the week closer to check in, as it was pretty sandy when we arrived.
All in all, we loved the house especially the layout of the house, the updated kitchen, and close walk to the beach. It’s a great family beach house and we will definitely be back!

Loved Storm Bait so much. Fit our family's needs perfectly. Appreciated the short walk to the beach and the mats down for ease in getting to the sand. The pool was certainly a plus with the kids and adults alike. Frank was readily responsive to the few questions we had.

We have stayed in Storm Bait for the last 4 years. This year we were surprised and delighted to see an updated kitchen with a gorgeous gas range and a bigger center island.
The property is always clean, ready on time, and in good repair. Frank is very responsive to any concerns. This year the internet was not working when we arrived due to a thunderstorm and short power outage. Frank was texting me immediately and gave me simple directions to reset the modem.
We love this property and have already booked for next year.

This property offers everything we desire in a beach rental. It’s close to the beach and restaurants plus the pool provides hours of additional fun in the sun and evening. The rooms are nicely decorated and ample size. The owner is responsive and accommodates our request for early entry . We have already booked our week in 2024

This charming beach house, just a short walk to the beach, is a wonderful vacation spot. Plenty of parking, easy access to local Fenwick Island eating/shopping; short drives to OC MD and Bethany Beach.
The pool was wonderful. Master bedroom is very private; each room is well appointed.

Great location. Love the pool. So nice to have 2 first floor bedrooms. One for us (grandparents) and one for our handicapped grandchild. Mats on the beach made for easy access with the beach wheelchair. Well stocked kitchen. Owner is very responsive. Saw lots of dolphins!

We had an excellent stay and the house met all of our needs. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms kept everyone happy. Having the pool for the grandchildren coupled with the beach 50 yards from the house was great.

We had a wonderful time at Storm Bait II. The spacious house allowed for group activities and individual quiet time. The location is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. On the days when the temperature was over 95 the pool was a wonderful relief and it was fun every day for our grand kids. We will remember this time as one of our favorite vacations.

The perfect beachfront home & layout
With four families all with kids around 6 years of age, we were so happy with this home. The bedrooms with ensuites and large open spacious living room/kitchen/dinning room were perfect. The joy of having a pool while at the beach will never be underestimated again. As we came back from the beach, the kids could play in the pool while parents got dinner ready, etc.

Storm Bait Home Away From Home
This property is the perfect spot for an extended family with young children. It is close to the beach for those who love the sand and waves but the pool provides fun for young children not yet in love with the beach. While the children nap the parents can enjoy a respite by the pool. The property is well decorated in a beach motif, the beds are comfortable and the spaciousness gives everyone a spot to claim for themselves. This was our first stay but we plan to rent it again next year. The owner was responsive and was very kind in all of our correspondences. We particularly appreciated that we were able to gain access to the property early since it was a rainy day when we arrived.

Lovely family vacation
Stayed with our 6 kids (ages 17-30) and grandchild. Spacious, well appointed home. Great location. Walkable to many stores and restaurants. Quick walk to beach. Plenty of low traffic walking area for exercise. Lots of beach chairs and toys available for use. Plenty of parking. It advertises 4 but we had 7 no problem since we don’t have gigantic SUVs. Pool is small but was very nice to have. There were a few separate seating areas to get some quiet time in large groups.

Superior beach block property!
We have rented this property for the last 3 years and will again next year. It has everything including a private pool. The check in process is as easy as the property owner unlocking the door remotely as you arrive. The decor and furnishings are upscale and in great shape. My husband is in love with the clear ice machine. The location is only a few houses from the beach and a very easy walk, so no need to get in the car and worry about parking.
Overall, just a superior property over everything we have rented in the past!

Fantastic time!!
Our family had a wonderful beach week at Storm Bait!!! The house was perfect for all of us with lots of space to spread out and also space to all be together!! Frank was super quick to respond to any questions that came up from start to finish!! The kiddos (and grown ups) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was super quick! Thanks for the beach smiles and memories! Looking forward to coming back next summer!

Fenwick Island - Storm Bait
The house is beautiful but needs a thorough cleaning! Both coffee makers had to be cleaned, there was mold under the drip tray for the cold water and ice from the refrigerator, the pantry items were not restocked prior to our arrival, the vacuum was filled with dirt and the grill was rusty, wouldn’t light and looked like it wasn’t used for a long time! I made Frank aware of the issues but he never did send anyone to repair the grill. He did say he would take care of restocking the pantry items but I restocked everything before I left. This is a beautiful home but definitely needs a thorough cleaning and the bedding covers need washed!

Weather not great Stormbait AWESOME!
The weather was not the greatest this week, Stormbait to the rescue the roominess, layout and pool saved our family vaca! The kids loved the pool on the days it rained. The large table for meals was another bonus! We can’t say enough about this property! Frank is a 5 star host always answers the phone with a SMILE! Looking forward to next year at Stormbait!

Ideal Fenwick Island Getaway
This was our second time staying at this lovely property and it lived up to everything we remembered. The check in process is easy and Frank is a wonderful host. The layout of the house is perfect for groups of families and friends- a large, warm kitchen and multiple common spaces, along with nice bedrooms with their own tvs and bathrooms. The pool is also a highlight, warm enough to get in even on chillier days. We also appreciated the close proximity to the beach and to lots of local attractions. A truly ideal guest rental.

Amazing home and location! We loved how close it was to the beach and all the food places. Frank gave us a call in the morning of the check in to make sure we were ok and quick to respond. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

The property is amazing. We nice this house. Second time coming. Ice maker had mold in it, hopefully that will be cleaned. Otherwise the house is super comfortable and lovely. We want to come back next October again !!
