Great location. Very clean apartment and had more than what we needed! Very happy with out stay

The room is clean. The location is near the main station.

There is only 2 toilet paper ,but we have to stay 2 night. There is no shampoo and shower gel.

Good place. Comfortable beds. Enough space for 4 people. The hostess communicates kindly and helpfully.

The apartment itself looks modern, but the building and the surroundings are quite unsatisfying. We had 3 pillows for 4 people. There were no toiletries for the shower.

couldn't stay in these apartments, the issue with cleaning and hygiene is not taken seriously, and it seems like there is no quality control and comments from quests are being ignored. can I ask booking staff to pls never suggest to stay at this place..

Very clean and very central place. Enough space for a family with 2 children.

The cleaning lady was unpolite. She didn’t know we could stay one extra hour, until 11am, the last day (the owner agreed for that) and wanted us out, in an angry manner, when she came around 10:15am. I told her what was agreed with the owner and she left then. I don’t know if the communication between the cleaning lady and the owner was good enough here, but the cleaning lady could be more friendly anyways, so she didn’t scare the children.

The location is good, just behind the train station, 2 minutes to the train station

The pillows and quilts are uncomfortable, they don't feel clean, I feel itchy after sleeping, and I'm a little allergic

Close to city center

Very dodgy parking spots on the back. General cleaning wasn't satisfied dirty and sticky floor, no shower gel/shampoo in dispenser. Very noisy in you can hear everything what the neighbours talk about. Distinctive smell of cigarettes. And the sheets looks like its been use by someone before.

the duty person who was renting property was extremely rude, also the bed sheets was dirty and old, no soap in the bathroom and bath cabin dirty. yes when we called owner they came and give us new bed sheets and soap but it is not how flat has to be when tourists pay for it. we were very tired and just waited for them to come and bring clean once till 1 a . m. midnight… and ever they gave us without trying to change and take dirty once by themself. for me it was worst experience taking flat from booking.com. i m traveler and have visited more then 76 countries and i m genues 3 member of booking.com. will not recommend such service ….

The location is very good. Walking distance to the old town, shops available right outside, parking free available outside. Restaurants nearby. Property was clean

Property was cold and heating was not working, the bed was absolutely horrendous. It was like an very very old spring mattress, you could feel every single spring in your back, it did not help that we put a blanket and a towel on it..the worst bed I slept on in years. You could also hear people in the next room very clearly luckily they went to bed at reasonable time.

Very clean modern look. The location is almost perfect once you found the entrance.

Initially was not easy to find the entrance especially in the dark. More detailed instructions would be helpful. No shower gel or soap (the bottle on the wall was empty). Would be nice to have a small bottle of milk for coffee.

Very cosy small flat, very well equipped, attention is paid to all the details. The host was helpful.

Quite small for 4 persons, the sofa bed nearly touches the dining table. But is ok for one or few nights.

No need to keep any key to open door. And location is really nice to assess to shopping mall and city center. Additionally, parking place located behind of building is for free.

Room size was smaller than picture host posted. And when I get to hotel, carpet was wet in bathroom. Additionally, room temperature was too cold during night. Heating system was not working.

Very nice location regarding to train and bus stations and historical city center. Everything accessible by foot.

The appartment is situated just 15 minutes walk to the city centre and most known points of interests. Agnieszka was friendly and responded quickly to messages.
