Beautiful property right on the water. Couldn't have enjoyed it more

Location, location, location. There are so few short-term properties available on the water, which makes a huge difference in terms of Lake Como experiences. It's an easy walk to the two ferries that can get you anywhere on the lake. You have your own dock for water taxis. And it's an easy walk along the greenway to wonderful lakeside restaurants. The large grocery store is also less than a 5min walk away. The outdoor dining area at this property is great -- plus, pizza oven! -- and three of the rooms have their own large balconies overlooking the lake. The swimming pool is great too. Definitely bring your pool towels (not provided). Arrange taxis and water taxis beforehand because Uber and taxi bookings can be tough. On the constructive criticism side: The house is a little dated and quirky; we had a tough time working the air conditioners; and sheets and towels are European-adequate though not plush. But again, we had a great time at this house for an epic 50th birthday party week, and the location really can't be topped.

Wow what a place! We have had a fantastic time in Villa Parisi! It was so stylish and comfortable, with easy reach to the attractions and all the great restaurants. It was beautiful to be on the lake and the pool was also great fun in the sunshine! We all had the best time here... we would say yes again in a heart beat!!

Our family have had the most fun I think possible in Villa Parisi!! It was such a super holiday home for the week and Nick and I were just bowled over by the unique interior design and lakefront setting. The children really fell in love with its quirky style and cool mod cons - we really did very well with this choice! From all of us, grazie!!

What a unique 5* holiday home! We loved the luxury lifestyle that this lakeside villa gave our family! The interior was as stylish as it was family-friendly and it was such a great place to relax and have fun. We had some great alfresco meals outside to the terrace and the kids loved the private pool. Lenno was great for reaching Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and also the ferry port in Cadenabbia. Cathie and I enjoyed some truly romantic meals out during our stay whilst our eldest daughter dutifully babysat. We enjoyed a wonderful evening of wine tasting too in La Cantina Follie, Tremezzo and the cheerful host there called Joost was so knowledgable about the regional wines and delicious food we enjoyed. We also had a great time with the kids renting a power boat, wind surfing and tree-top climbing at the Jungle raider park. The resort towns were all easily within reach by car so we really felt like we had the finger on the pulse of this beautiful place. The luxury villa really exceeded all our expectations and we are so thankful to HHH for letting us stay in this unforgettable gem of a place!
