My family truly enjoyed ourselves at Cape Serenity. The views were beautiful from the back of the home as well as, the upstairs view of the Bay area. The home is beautifully decorated and neat. We loved having the pool right out of the back door with plenty of privacy. April was very responsive with questions. If we are ever back in Cape Coral, we would love to stay here again. If you book this vacation home, you won’t be disappointed.

One of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! The pool and huge patio were the highlight of our stay!

My family and I spent three weeks at Cape Serenity and didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed spending most of our time in the lanai! April is a wonderful host always quick to respond to any questions that you might have. Would definitely love to stay here again in the future

Coastal heaven is accurate for this home! The home is large enough so everyone had their own space including the AMAZING lanai and porches. The view from being at the end of the canal is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds and linens were so comfortable. The pool was swam in EVERY day - even when we had the one day of cool temps. The dolphins by the dock on Saturday evening were a totally cool experience for all of us! Fishing occurred every day - unfortunately - nothing was caught to eat - but the sting ray and crabs were cool to catch! Amy, the owner, was very responsive and checked in a couple times. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Lovely, well appointed home, with a lanai to beat all lanais. Owner couldn’t have been more cooperative and accommodating. Would gladly go back. 😄

This house accommodated us perfectly we were down in Fort Myers for a baseball tournament.The house was everything that was advertised very clean call was phenomenal that’s great APRIL the property manager was very accommodating on all our needs on a scale of 1 to 10 this house in my eyes rate of 10

Our family of 4 stayed here with my some extended family and let me just tell you not only was the home beautiful and spacious but it had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was probably better stocked than my own and the owner April was wonderful and very responsive! We have younger children and it was nice to be supplied with everything they needed without having the hassel of dragging it along with us! We felt so welcome!

This was a great property!!! It was big enough for my family of 4 and our 2 dogs. Host was great.

We had a great time. The screened in pool area made for a great time, no bugs and certain areas had solid roof to enjoy sitting there eating in an outside space. Keep my book docked at the property and really enjoyed going out boating, going out and docking on a sand bar. We also able to have our dogs along which was really nice. Great property and wonderful working with April!! We will back back again. Thanks

House is spacious and was just what we needed for our family trip. The kids loved the pool and the changing lights at night time. Aprils communication was awesome throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Cape Coral area.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the Kitchen well equipped. We especially loved the backyard. So much space and seating area. Very peaceful day quiet all together.

April was an amazing host! Always quick with responses. Booking, check in and check out was seemless. The home was everything we had hoped for and stayed true to the listing. So much space and the kids and adults really enjoyed the outside area. We even got to see a manatee swimming by our dock. The location was ideal, close proximity to everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and the kids enjoyed riding their bikes throughout. Us adults felt comfortable with the kids exploring. Nice little park at the end of the neighborhood. Definitely recommend this home! We will book again.

Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for 9 people. The lanai’s pool, lounging chairs and dining table were enjoyed nightly. The kitchen and laundry had everything you would need for cooking and cleaning. All of my family said they would love to use this house for another vacation some day. The pictures accurately depict this home. April, the host, was available to answer questions in a timely manner.

Worked exactly as planned. Rest, fun and entirely too much food. Would not hesitate to stay again. April was extremely responsive to our needs and questions.

My family stayed for a week. The property was very clean - just as the pictures illustrated. John and April were very responsive on any quetions we had. Our family was entertained by the neighborly iguannas daily. Check in and check out was very smooth. We definitely will try to stay here again on our next Florida visit.

Excellent setting and layout for our family with four grown kids. Pool is fabulous and the dock worked out great for our rental we kept there. Very clean and comes with everything you want or need in a vacation home.

Our family vacation at Cape Serenity was perfect! We loved the location. It was a very welcoming and cozy home, and everyone was comfortable. The house and lanai were all spotless. All bedding was beautiful quality providing us great nights' rests after a day of boating and beaching. The heated pool was an added plus too. April and John were so accommodating and responded to any of our messages or needs within minutes. We would love to do this again!!

Home was clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The pool was great for the teenagers, and we enjoyed dining al fresco very evening.

We had a great stay in April's wonderful home. Two very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor with access to two balconies with great views. On the ground floor are the master bedroom and a smaller guest bedroom. We also spent a lot of time on the beautiful Lanai. Highly recommended!

There is literally not enough I can say about our experience!! The house itself is perfect for a family vacation and the owner treats you like a friend and is very responsive to any questions . We had an amazing time this past week. The home is perfect for a large group.’plenty of space for everyone as well as plenty of space to enjoy a break from each other. The location is also awesome. We totally enjoyed our stay to the max. Would def return again in he future!

We rented this house with another family while attending a baseball tournament nearby. It worked well for us. We didn’t spend much time at the house but it’s conveniently located and the pictures are accurate and represent the house well. The “check in” process is easy but the cleaning person was still there at our 4:00 check in time and we had to wait a bit outside. Not the greatest when you’ve been traveling all day and have groceries in the car. Otherwise we had a good experience and I would stay here again if in the area.

Place was beautiful. All the amenities you would have at home. Close to everything. Definitely will return.
