Beautiful upscale house in a picturesque setting. Most rooms had their own private bathrooms and our party of 12 had an incredible time.

We had the perfect stay at Driftwood Beach. It truly is a slice of paradise. We rent beachfront homes all over the world and this place was truly special. You feel like you have your own beach and feel like you are sitting on a boat from any room and deck. We had a multigenerational group from little kids to elderly and it worked well(had to navigate a couple of steps but it was doable). The views were just spectacular. We all had some of the best sleep EVER- it was beyond peaceful and quiet. It was super easy to get to from Seattle/Bellevue- by car and even have the option to take the ferry if you want. We did both and the kiddos were thrilled! The kids loved watching for seals(no whales) and searching for little crabs on the beach. The water is super calm so you can easily watch the little ones from the deck while enjoying adult time. The owner was incredibly responsive and was eager to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back!

This home is the absolute best for a large family gathering. Great living and outdoor space, incredibly well equipped kitchen, super comfy beds and the most peaceful views and location I’ve ever been in add up to a week to remember. The three 6-12 year olds spent hours finding crabs under rocks and wading in the water. Nature hikes are close by and Gig Harbor is available for eating out. The museum in Gig Harbor was a hit too. The adults sat on the deck, cooked great meals, and slept so well in the comfy beds . All in all, perfect.

The pictures truly don’t do this home justice. Absolutely stunning. The home was clean and spacious. Communication with Annie was prompt and she went above and beyond, even sourcing extra pack n plays for our infants. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

The house is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. We all had an amazing time while the kids explored the beach all day. When the tide was high, it felt as if we were actually on a boat because the deck was situated just right. I would definitely stay there again.

Remarkable setting on the canal with lots of wildlife to be seen; seals, bald eagles, fish, etc.... Loved the views from just about every window as well as the expansive deck. I would highly recommend staying here with family or friends. Only negatives were a low wifi signal everywhere but downstairs and a dishwasher that ran super loud[ and did not clean very well, both correctable.

We stayed here with our four adult children, their partners and two grandchildren. We loved the large bedrooms and all the bathrooms. The location on the water was beautiful and we used the kayaks provided on the property. Annie was so quick to respond to any questions before our arrival and checked in on us during our stay. Everything we needed was in the house. We had a great time!

Driftwood Beach house is the most amazing house our family of 10 has ever stayed in! You will need 2 weeks here-- one week to explore the area including Olympic and Mt Rainier NP's, The Pacific Ocean, Seattle, Tacoma, Gig Harbor (which we did) and another week to stay put and enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife from every room and deck of the house! WOW! Our 4 grandkids (age 5 and under) loved Driftwood Beach house and enjoyed collecting sea glass and shells on the beach. We loved the peaceful scenery and watching the bald eagles, dolphins, deer, and especially the family of seals that swam in every evening and slept on the fallen logs. The house is even better than the photos, if that is possible. It is clean, updated, spacious, accommodating and more than fully equipped and stocked with items and supplies. Annie was the most perfect host! She checked in and shared so much information on the area with us. We are so lucky that you shared your beautiful home with us. Washington State and Driftwood Beach property -- we loved you and hope to return again soon. Thank you, Annie!

This is a top notch destination — gorgeous views and wildlife literally at your feet in a comfortable and convenient and stunning home you’ll never want to leave. Took my C-suite team here for a strategic offsite and this location was absolute perfection. Enough space to have privacy with absolutely perfect group arrangements in the living room, kitchen, decks. Everyone wanted to buy this house and move out to Olalla after our stay. Hosts were elite support and so kind. Can’t wait to come back.

Where to start, we saw orcas, sealions, bald eagles and more. The property was beautiful inside and out, great for cooking big meals in the two kitchens, sitting outside right on the water and spending time with friends. The property feels very private and we took advantage of walking down the beach to get coffees at the olalla market/landing.

Absolutely beautiful house with spectacular location right on the waters of Puget Sound. The house is extremely clean and well furnished, with everything you need for a cozy and enjoyable get-together of friends. We had mixed weather (some sun, some rain), and were able to enjoy walks along the beach during the sunny weather while relaxing, playing games and chatting (and appreciating the rainbows) during the periods of rain.

Driftwood Beach House lived up to every photo on the listing. My family and I stayed five nights and were so sorry to leave when vacation ended. Would absolutely recommend. Every room has stunning views and the home is tastefully decorated and well appointed. We visited in winter but already day dreaming about returning in summer to spend more time outdoors. Lastly, Annie is a gracious and attentive host with lots of helpful info and great recommendations for things to do.

House is beautiful along with the views. Felt like you were literally floating on the water. Having 2 kitchens was very nice.

We did an early family holiday weekend here in December. We loved it! Well appointed and thoughtfully decorated (they had even put up Christmas decorations!), we would return for sure.

Our family of 5 travels well and often. We have stayed in numerous VRBO's along the way and we have never been more delighted in a home. Annie's home was spectacular. We arrived late due to travel issues and were hesitant to roll into the unknown at midnight. The home was immaculate and ready for us. The kids quickly settled in and our adventure began. From the proximity to Gig Harbor, kayaks on the water and mornings with the seals, if you are looking for a peaceful family escape, look no further.

Words can’t express how accommodating the owners are. My wife and I stayed at the property to celebrate her birthday. Absolutely feel in love with the area. The property is stunning along with the area being quiet and peaceful. We saw seals, porpoises, eagles, etc. The property itself is extremely clean with breath taking views of the harbor. We are already talking about booking for next years birthday!

We stayed at this property for our daughters wedding weekend. The comfort and beauty of this home helped make for a perfect celebration! Annie was super available for our questions, the rooms are all uniquely decorated and homey, and the views are breathtaking. The day after wedding we spent the day recovering and watching all the sea life outside. What a treat!

We had a special, private event that Anna Jolie helped make so special. She not only allowed us to preview the property, but also provided special items for us to make our event extra special. The house was even better than the pictures, and the surroundings are absolutely spectacular. We will be coming each year to celebrate! The Best!!!

The house was amazing and very tranquil. You feel like you are alone on the water. A family of seals made their home on the log next to the house. Great days filled with paddle boarding, catching crabs, and relaxing. Our host was amazing and very responsive. We will be back for sure!

Stayed here with family - 6 adults, 4 kids and had a great time! Very comfortable home with space for everyone, well maintained and stocked making it easy for cooking family meals. Spent time watching the wildlife and boats - lots of seals, bald eagles, kingfisher, and more. Got out on the water with the kayaks. Highly recommend!

This a truly beautiful home, with lots of fun historical decorations. We stayed with 8 of our kids (ages 2 months- 15) and everyone had plenty of room. Our host was fabulous to work with and was very kind with our requests while we stayed. She even brought us extra towels herself! The grill and kitchen were amazing. There was every kind of dish and utensil that you could possibly need. The deck was spacious and comfy and a great place to watch the local seals and herons. (We were hoping for whales, but we did see some big barges going through.) It was also a perfect place for some family photos! Note for parents: watch your kids on the deck, there are sections without rails. The views on this place are incredible -- there are huge picture windows in almost every room. Caveat: those views do extend to several of the bathrooms where there are no blinds. For those traveling with kids, or are just light sleepers, there are two rooms with blackout shades that do stay dark after sunrise. There are two very nice kayaks for the 18+ set, and the rocky beach has crabs to find and driftwood to climb. The whole area is peaceful and quiet since it's at the end of a little street, and having the beach to yourself is magical. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come here again! If you're on the fence about renting this house, just do it! You won't regret it :)

Beautiful home on the water. Saw seals every day and porpoises right in front of the home. Gig harbor is a great town with terrific restaurants. Highly recommend this home!

My 5 year old granddaughter declared that we were never leaving on the second day there! Our group consisted of 4 adults and 5 children (ages 5-9). The kids didn't really swim in the cold waters (especially after spotting some jellyfish while kayaking), but the rocky shore lent itself to crab and shell hunting. The kids built sea shell/rock sculptures and fairy houses from the finds on the beach. The availability of kayaks were a big plus. First morning out my daughter and I saw a whale in the water. There were daily sightings of seals, sea otters, and bald eagles. Lots of excitement and the several whale sightings only ramped up the excitement. The house was gorgeous. Very well-supplied kitchen. It lent itself to our many family meal preps. The views from most every bedroom was spectacular. Annie (the landlady) was responsive, helpful, but not intrusive. We actually would have loved to meet her and ask her about the many treasures she has collected and displayed. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Annie's house is more than words can describe. We seen Orcas the first day. It's so serene. We seen seals and eagles everyday. Also saw harbor dolphins and an otter during our stay. The kids loved playing on the sandy beach that is down aways, and even though the beach out front was rocky, they enjoyed treasure hunting. We made use of the kayaks too. The house had everyting we needed. And Annie even brought up some toys for the kids to play with. If ever in the area again, would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed the serenity, and all the property had to offer for our July 4th Weekend! The house and rooms are immaculate with excellent furnishings. The view from the deck was gorgeous to watch boats come and go. We took the kayaks out several times and saw dolphins and orcas on the main channel. Every night as the tide rose, a family of harbor seals would come rest on the fallen log to rest and play just to the side of the house. The property manager was excellent to communicate with and checked in often to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Costco, Grocery Stores, and points of interest are all within a short drive. We look forward to coming back in the future.

We had an amazing trip, and the house is gorgeous! Ideal location, and the property is well maintained with high end furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need and is very well organized, and the rooms are stocked with nice linens and towels. The only thing to note that if you are a light sleeper, most of the rooms do not have blinds. This didn’t bother us because we are early risers, but the rooms do get bright early with lots of natural light. We would return in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great experience!

Ann was amazing to offer information. The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The boathouse is like having your own apartment & the views from 3 of the 5 bedrooms are breathtaking. Having an additional kitchen in the boathouse really helps for food prep when eating in. It’s located at the end of the street & only 25 minutes from Gig Harbor. Lots of wildlife to see too. Deer eating breakfast every morning right outside our bedroom windows, seals, bald eagles & much more.

We had the most incredible stay at Driftwood Beach! We held a family gathering at the property with 12 adults - and the home easily accommodated all of us. The pictures truly don’t do it justice - absolutely breathtaking views from the kitchen, living room, and master bedrooms. We all kept saying that we felt like we were literally right on the water! We sipped wine on the deck as we watched seals swim through the sound, and walked along the beach in the morning drinking our coffee. The property and the beach are very private and serene. It was just such a relaxing and enjoyable stay! The home was well equipped with everything that we needed. And Ann was a very responsive host, and she was available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations. I would definitely recommend this home and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
