House was perfect size for us all. Location was ideal. Porch area great for grilling and hanging out. All in all a great time and place.

Checkin was a breeze. Received a text from property manager with access code and asked us to text when we arrive. Easy to follow instructions in house binder providing details of property and checkout procedures. Would stay again if in the area.

We chose this location because of its proximity to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was clean and comfy.

This house is about a mile from the Ark so it is very convenient. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom met our needs but it would have been nice to have another half or full bath. The living room and kitchen had plenty of space and the table was nice to play games on. We commend the follow places to eat: Mexican restaurant next to Ark, Edwardo Pizza, Cattleman’s Roadhouse and The Bean. The host of the house was very responsive and helpful. We would recommend this house and would stay again if we come back to the Ark.

This house was perfect for our family while at the Ark. The house was clean and beautiful. Toys for the little one, comfy couches for relaxing in the evening, an incredible wrap-around porch with a great table... we couldn't have been happier. Thank you!

It was close to everything we wanted to do, clean environment. Only thing is i wish our front bed was a little softer but other than that it was great

The house was nice and cozy, however when we arrived the house smelled very musty inside. There were also a few dishes that we found that were dirty/greasy that were in cabinets. The beds were pretty comfy and had adequate blankets/pillows. The shower also has very good hot water and water pressure but lacks a little in the shower head quality as it more so feels like being sprayed with a broken garden hose... Overall not a bad place to stay but could use some attention to the noted details

We were taking a weekend to see the Ark Encounter. This home is about 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter and was perfect for that. We only stayed 2 nights and weren't at the home much, but it was nice to have that added space for each kid to have their own room. The only downfall for us is we wished there was a tv in the bedrooms. When there is a wide age gap in the kids and then us adults, we all wanted to just have a bit to lay in bed and unwind watching tv for a few minutes after a long day.

Overall: the property met our basic needs and is much better than staying at a hotel (with one big room with 2 queens) with two children under 3. Pros: location to ark, easy to check in/out, well stocked with necessities (bonus: first aid kit, shampoo/condition/soap, tp, paper towel), toys for littles, tidy property Cons: not necessarily “clean” floors for crawling babies

We e joyed our stay. We prefer to cook instead of always going to restaurants and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The beds were comfy and so were the couches. The bbq was a ni e touch too.We would stay again

The property was very clean easy to get too close to the ark The host was great had a problem with the TV. She came right over and took care of it.

The property was clean. It had a slight musty smell. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck immensly. It was nice and quite and sitting out on deck every morning with a cup of coffee was very relaxing. If we every head back to kentucky I would like to stay there again.

We absolutely loved sitting on the porch listening to all the birds in the mornings! Location was slightly hard to find at first as the gps sent us to a different locale without a house but we eventually got there. The hill it’s up is steep but we managed in a minivan; anyone with larger vehicle might drag bottom in spots. House was decently stocked; we did lack an ice cream scoop and extra pizza pan but we managed. We also had to contact the property manager for a plunger but she was quick to answer and guide us to where we could find one. Would suggest clocks in the bedrooms to be helpful with the time zone as we came from a different one and not all parties in bedrooms had phones to know what time it was or for an alarm. Overall pleasant stay and just enough room to spread out and enjoy. Thank you!

This comfortable home tucked amongst the trees is just a couple minutes from the Ark Encounter. Very nice deck with comfortable deck furniture is accessible from the kitchen and the front door. The kitchen was large and easy for multiple people to use. The beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic! We had issues with the air conditioning when we arrived, but Gina did a great job of getting someone to fix it. We enjoyed our visit.

You get the flexibility of a full kitchen, large private yard, and 3 private bedrooms. The deck is fantastic. Forget the hotel scene unless you like all the opposites of my description

This property is clean and conveniently located to the Ark Encounter. Directions were all great and the communication throughout with Gina was tremendous. So helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property if visiting the Williamstown area. Great experience!

The house is a little outdated and could use some fixing of very small minor things. That being said, once settled in you will not notice any of these details! We booked this home because it was close to the Ark Encounter, but wish we had booked an extra day justto repax and enjoy the house. It was wonderful to sit on the porch in the mornongs with my coffee and listening to the birds. We also got to experience fireflies for the first time ever! Apperently had a racoon climb over our car leaving funny footprints for us to find on our windshield. A mama robin built a nest and laid eggs in the tree by the porch while we were there. We made use of the grill a lot and apreciated the propane being provided! Gina the property manager was super helpful.and easy to contact. We would definately stau here again!
