Friendly staff. Affordable. Comfortable. Excellent hot water.

The signage says it's 100% smoke free but there was smoking going on in the rooms

The ambience is like no other. Very Laid Back, easy access in and out of the building. It has the basics your Bed, fan and a bathroom. comfortable surroundings to rest your head, lounge and Take a warm shower. I like the Simplicity of it. Also its a bit far away from the all the bustle of the Tourists. Has bars and clubs close by to hang out but they are not Noisy and annoying like the ones by the Strip or the beach.

Its hard to say when your a person who doesn’t need much and doesn’t like the bells and whistles of a pricey Hotel close to the beach! But my standards of cleanliness and organization are still the same anywhere I go. it meets the basics but I like to go in and clean it to my standards and give it a nice smell of Pinesol ! lol

The room was clean, and the staff were kind. Please note the staff did not speak much English but we managed fine!

The rooms are basic, even though they have air conditioning. The lack of hot water was a morning surprise!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is near restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

The smell

The staff are warm and helpful. Not everyone speaks English but they will find someone who can speak to you.

The wifi could be stronger!!

Wi fi was weak in the room. Not very much storage space for clothes.

-This place is very well located. Quite close to everything in Zona Romântica, with lots of facilities around : restaurants, markets, bars etc. - The recepcionists are very friendly and always ready to help us. -The street is quite calm and safe.

-The wifi does not work inside the room. In no moment. Only in the area of the reception or in the common area in the first floor. -The security. The entrance has no control of who enters in the place. I worked remote at the common area and the workers doing repair did not respected it. - I dont consider it as a hotel, its a posada. The structure of the room need lots of repairs to be a hotel. There is just one plug for everything, cell phone, notebook or whatever. The fan inside is quite dirty.

Location and price were good. The staff was helpful

No table or anyplace beside the bed and balcony to sit, no table available to eat at or use the computet. A steady stream of bees flying in at night meant the balcony doors needed to be closed, so no fresh air while sleeping

It was super cheap. The location was perfect. The staff was also super friendly, check in was as easy as I've ever checked into anything, basically they just said is your name Ian, I said yes and they handed me a key 👍

Very modest accommodations but for 25$… it was a steal 😊
