NOT a SMILEY FACE! We were given a photo saying to choose the red lock box and there were only 2 boxes. When we arrived there were 9 lock boxes and none of them were red. I couldn't get hold of anyone at that point. We eventually found the key after trying every lock box.

The aircon was LOUD, like an airplane taking off. The Netflix didn't work for 2 days, we were actually asked if we had given the password to someone. The hosts came and assured us the aircon would be fixed- it wasn't. We asked for a small refund, they said they would come back to us, we are still waiting.

Location. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful. Everything we needed was there, including golf clubs and balls for the mini golf.

Every bit of glass was smeared… more care needed when wiping these surfaces. The way the bedside lights were plugged into the power caused one of them to smash when hooking up c-pap machine. Should have had an extension lead to make this easier.

The bed felt uncomfortable, not the white sheets in the photo, and it was itchy all over the body when I lay down. When I lifted the quilt, I found that there were many hairs on the bed, so I assumed that it probably did not clean,which caused me to sleep in the living room all night.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the central markets, and an easy walk into the CBD. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were very spacious and it was quiet. Parking was very convenient. Walking distance to Adelaide oval.

Cooling was effective but difficult for it to reach the bedroom making the room a bit hot at night.

Can I suggest the floor and room number be put in the access email. It was not clear that the three digit number on the key written roughly in pen meant floor and room number. It’s really clear once I called for help.

Great location, in the city, few steps from central market and chinatown and when food shopping and time behind a pot and pan is not an option, go down, there’s noodles vending machines (I’ve only seen these machines on tv) woh! With corona and all, it was a worry but this place was clean... and quiet as. Getting in was easy following given instructions and we were even greeted by malteaser entering the apartment (family joke from our stay). Didnt try any facilities (hopefully, next time) except parking, that was different and pretty cool. In short, great stay in the adelaide city and wouldn’t mind staying here again. Cheers to the owners, much appreciated.

Swimming pool was a no go zone, darn covid19 and its cause for restrictions. And there were sunny hot days during... annoying.
