Awesome house

We had a wonderful time. It was super clean and very cozy. The host was wonderful!

Loved the hot tube and fire oven. Family up from Florida to see snow for first time.

Close to slopes and restaurants!

This is our second time staying in the property and we are always happy with the house. It is always clean and a very comfortable house that is near all the Pocono amenities. Will stay again!

Overall we had a great stay. The house is beautiful. We loved the location. We found lots of neat things to see and do. Tge refrigerator could have been cleaner and counter . But i just cleaned counter myself. Sergio was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again

We came from Texas to enjoy the spectacular fall foliage and Halloween festival in Jim Thorpe.

As advertised and great clean house overall. Very quiet area. You can enjoy your morning coffee from the deck watching deers. Hot Tub was clean and awesome and works perfectly. Dollar General is right outside the community for anything you forgot.

When we first walked in to the rental, we were concerned there was no air conditioning. Upon speaking to the manager, he said Open all the windows and let the heat out. That’s what we did and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. Ceiling fans, and all the ceilings. The temps were super hot that few days also. We have no problem! Nice stay and nice area!

My boyfriend & I had a great long weekend at the Alpine House. The house & property were clean, beds were comfy & sitting the hot tub was a great way to end the day. It was great having access to the community pool/lake & it's only a short drive to Jim Thorpe. Great communication with the owner both before & during our stay. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Went with 3 friends for a moms getaway. House was great with plenty of space. Very clean as well. Hot tub directions would Have been helpful but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again.

Home was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was well stocked with many extras we didn’t expect. We had plenty of room and the hot tub was great! It was very conveniently located for our bike trip at Jim Thorpe. My only issue is that when we chose this rental on VRBO, we used the filter to select a home with a pool and unfortunately the community pool was closed during our entire stay, including the weekend and it was 90 degrees so we were very disappointed. Everything else about this rental was perfect.

The house was exactly as described, but somehow even better. It was clean and up to date. Plenty of space for our group, we may even bring more people next time. The location gave you access to everything you need in a matter of miles. The lake and pool are excellent and just a short ride away. The property manager was attentive and very responsive. We will be stayin again.

We stayed here last year and loved it. Very quiet and relaxing and even though we got hit with snow while we were there this year we STILL loved every minute of our stay(with the exception of have to go to the near by store for oven pans lol).The house as a whole is very cozy. All the rooms are welcoming and comfortable. We love the vintage and eccentric decor of every room and the whole house. The hot tub was great for adding to the relaxation of the trip. We are definitely looking forward to making a trip yearly, either just us again or us and our kids. The house is always clean upon arrival and everything is as detailed by Serge. Who is great with communication before checking in, we haven't had need for communication during our stay(no issues or concerns)but we're sure he'd be great with communication then as well. The area is wonderful for calm and quiet stays, even with the abundance of wildlife(local deer families)we haven't had any wildlife issues either, which is always a plus. Even the workers at the developments garbage drop off location are great, they are very helpful and kind. The property is a beautiful corner location with private C shaped gravel driveway(which for or snowy trip this year made pulling in and out of it very easy).The yard is very spacious and has an entertaining area in the yard as well as on the deck, one part of the deck is covered the other is not but both places are staged very nicely and would easily be comfortable to any and everyone.

Having coffee at sunrise watching the deer wander thru the property is a great way to wake up. A day in Jim Thorpe , then relaxing dinner followed by a soak in the hot tub topped off a great day . More days are needed like this .

The house was perfect for a small get together of friends in the winter! The hot tub was great & the rooms were all nice sized. The pellet fire was an added bonus and made it feel very cozy. Great pocono neighborhood and easy process to rent. Would definitely stay again!

Property was as advertised and very clean on arrival. Owner was great with communication and very clear with instructions needed to fire everything up. Hot Tub was a great plus too! Highly recommend!!

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. We were two couples but there would've been plenty of room for a 3rd couple. Good, private hot tub area. Pellet stove made it nice and warm on our chilly weekend. Appliances are fairly new and worked well. House is in an HOA-area, so there was an unusual amount of paperwork associated with the rental. Towels and bedsheets were NOT provided. Owner was responsive when contacted and reached out when he found items we forgot in the house. Would consider renting here again.

Nice place for a weekend stay. Loved the hot tub after a 4 mile hike on the trails. We didn't utilize too many amenities but would definitely stay again

The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located near Lake Harmony. There are several activity options minutes away. We also enjoyed watching the deer on the property.

I stayed here for a weekend with 2 friends. It is a great location close to many things. We spent a day in Jim Thorpe and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night. The neighborhood was quiet and we saw lots of deer. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean. We appreciated that we each had a queen bed!

What a wonderful first time experience in Poconos!! From the very beginning Serge was hospitable, knowledgeable, timely in responses to emails and made it pleasant to book with him from start to finish. The house is beautiful!! Inside and out. Everything you need was ready and available. As long as you follow his email for check in and advice you’ll be set as to how to plan and pack for your trip. My man had a wonderful birthday weekend and I enjoyed it myself!! Peaceful coming from a big city! I would definitely would book again. Next time during the winter months for the experience! Very Clean with plenty of room, Loved using the hot tub. We did lots of walking and hiking so many friendly deer! Cute neighborhood
