Needed room for family gathering and this house fit the bill. Great location! The owners were very responsive and the property is gorgeous. Enough room for everyone, beds were super comfy and the view is great. I would recommend this property for winter or summer!

We had ages from my 86 year old dad to 1 year old grandson. It worked well for us . Plenty of room . House was clean and well maintained and the owner was responsive and accommodating.

Our family (4 adults and 3 kids under 7) just returned from 10 days at this home. We loved the location. Right on the lake in a quiet, no-wake zone. The house was as described and worked well for our family. My parents who traveled with us had their own suite on the bottom floor and we stayed upstairs with the kids so we each had our own space. The main floor was open, spacious and had beautiful views. Th property is close to a few small shops, restaurants and ice cream. There were canoes, kayaks and paddle boards for our use as well as fishing equipment. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

Wonderful, beautiful lake house on a quiet cove of the lake with easy travel to the main lake. Perfect for a large family!

We rented this as an alternative to an in-person graduation and included friends and family. The location is amazing with kayaks available (and used) and an outdoor fire. Three full baths made it easy on everyone and we had room to spare. Would rent this again in a minute.

House was very clean on arrival. Plenty of watercraft in great condition for lake-related activities. Quick access to the dock and great weather made for an awesome stay on Lake Sunapee.

My family of 5 just had a wonderful week in this lovely home on the lake. We're from PA and we've rented lake houses for years - including in NY, VT and NH. This was our favorite house. Spacious living, great views, quiet neighbors, and the kitchen has everything you need - in exactly the right place. And the Wifi was great for those that needed to do some work. The location in the no-wake lagoon is ideal for fishing, kayaking, and just relaxing. We read in our kayaks most afternoons - just floating along. We enjoyed the firepit area in the evening - which we converted to a relaxing / yoga area in the daytime. The home owner is very nice and attentive. We loved our experience and would certainly recommend this home.

This is just what our family needed during these crazy times. We had a great time on the lake. The house was clean and the perfect size for our family and more than plenty amenities. The Lake was perfect for swimming, paddleboarding and just floating. Thank you Carl for letting us stay. We do hope to rent this house again in the future.

We had a wonderful week at Lake Sunapee. Jobs Creek is in a great location, esp for children, as it is protected from the wind. Great for kayaking, swimming, and paddle boarding. The house is well designed for family groups with 4 dedicated bedrooms and essentially a 5 th bedroom with the pullout queen futon on the first floor. The kitchen is very well stocked w plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. The best we have seen in our travels. There was a comfortable family room and very large dining table, with an additional couch set on the first floor. There was a large washer and dryer in the main floor bathroom. The house is set back several yards from the lake, thus the house was Not musty even though it was surrounded by trees. The house is well maintained, tastefully furnished and clean. We have people w allergies and everyone felt well. The end of the dock is on the smaller side ( 2 Adirondack chairs would just fit) and rocked, but the land end had a nice solid deck with bench and room for chairs. Great for the morning sun. The ladder into the water at end of the dock is an extra step longer than usual making it much easier to climb up after kayaking or swimming. We had a boat which was easily moored to the dock. The owner was helpful and solicitous, even advising us of severe thunderstorm warnings. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent here again.

Great location, lots of room, and filled with many opportunities to make lasting family memories. The host was always accommodating and the location provided a wave-free area for us to enjoy the use of equipment available by the owner. Highly recommend.

Everything you could want for a family vacation on the lake. The house, the location and everything it provided was perfect for activities and enjoyment for the entire family. The quiet cove was beautiful and just right for kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. My brother in law brought his boat and tied it to the dock provided. We would head out on this very clean lake to go tubing, water skiing and wake boarding and dropping the anchor for a swim at the sand bar. We enjoyed our nights by the fire pit and playing games. I seemed to be awake before everyone so I took my tea down to the dock where I enjoyed the peace and beauty of the cove. Carl is quickly to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Look forward to returning!
