We wanted a break during long road trip. This unique, beautiful property filled the bill for lake frong property where we could kayak and relax.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It had everything you need and comfy bed. Perfect location to get to Glacier, Kalispell, Whitefish, Big Mountain. Beautiful sunrises on the lake and Lakeview from bed. Karen was east to communicate with. Would highly recommend this rental.

Great spot for a quiet relaxing getaway on the water. The owners take great care of the place and were very kind and helpful. Place is well stocked with everything you could need.

This is the perfect place to stay with a teenager. I would stay here every time we come back. Do not bring a toddler or young children as this is not a spot for youngers. That being said, my son is 16, and the wife and I loved fishing, kayaking and sitting on the porch chatting it up. We had some family come down and ate dinner on the docks as well as watched the storm form the covered porch. Amazing property. If I were to critique the property I would say replace the main bed, as it was a bit uncomfortable, and replace the toilet as it was a bit hard to flush. That being said, I am rating this a A+ rental and grateful for the experience. We will be back.

Had a really great, relaxing 2 days with our kids - was a perfect break after a very active week in Glacier NP. Did a lot of swimming, rock throwing, and swinging on the porch swing. Boat house was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Waking up to the incredible view was so lovely. Thanks for a great stay - looking forward to coming back sometime.

This property is amazing! The view and location are perfect for a nice gateway. It exceeded our expectations. My only real concern is that if someone has a walking issue or disability it’s cumbersome to get from road to funicular. Other than that it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend to anyone. Loved watching all the boats and especially the sailboats.

The boat house was so unique! Right on the water with awesome views. Check in and out was super easy. Had everything we needed. Loved the porch swing on the covered deck looking at the lake. Location is good spot as base camp for Glacier and offers other things to do besides hiking. Would come here again for sure.

The Boat House exceeded our expectations! Fabulous views, cozy, comfortable, & well equipped. Karen couldn’t have been more accommodating. We hated to leave!

Everything was great. We were up before 6am every morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise.

The boathouse was a perfect place to relax and enjoy time on Flathead Lake. The property was very clean, the kitchen included all that was needed for meals, there were lovely seating areas out on the patio and deck, kayaks and a canoe were available, and there was easy access down to the boathouse. Communication was excellent with Karen and we appreciated her quick responses and assistance. We highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at the Boat House. The views of Flathead Lake were amazing! The sunrise each morning was beautiful. The hosts were great and helped us as needed and quick to respond. Great relaxing place to stay.

Had a great weekend for our Anniversary. Pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it in person! Can’t recommend enough. Host was very kind and quick to answer communication. Hope to go back again!

My husband, 3 boys and niece stayed here for the week. While we probably had too many people staying here we knew that ahead of time. We put two people in the bed in the loft, two people on the sofa bed and two on a blow up mattress Karen provided. One of the main reason I gave 5 stars is because of how clean everything was. I was worried we would walk in to an old musty smell (being so close to the water) but ABSOLUTELY not. The house was nice and cool and smelled wonderful. This was huge for me! The linens and towels smelled fresh too.
The views are amazing and Karen was a wonderful host. Wonderful neighborhood and my kids (13,11,11) loved the ride down to the house from the parking. Definitely not recommended for younger children as there are plenty of places they could get hurt. I highly recommend this place and we can not wait to go back.

The water is so clear and clean. Perfect place to rest after excursions in this beautiful area. Hosts graciously let us check in early when are plans in Yellowstone fell through due to flooding. Very responsive and nice folks!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The host's were most helpful and friendly. The charming cabin is perfect, the property is very nice and tidy. I don't think there are too many views of this area quite so breathtaking.

The boathouse was great! It was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Most of our days were spent hiking in Glacier National Park, and the boathouse was the perfect place to come back to each day and just relax!

This property is on Flathead lake which makes this breathtaking. We loved waking up each morning to the sun coming over the water and the mountains.
It says sleeps four but for adults it sleeps two comfortably. We used the blow up mattress for our 3rd adult. The loft has low ceilings over the bed which makes it hard for 2 to sleep and the other bed is a pull out couch in the living room below that definitely sleeps one.
We had a little trouble maneuvering luggage for the wedding down the hill of the steep rough path to the covered box car ride that took you to the bottom of the hill to the boathouse.
Overall the view of Flathead lake made up for everything to watch the sun set and come up every morning. Very serene view-calming.
