Property has a beautiful view and was only minutes away from where we needed to be. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Lovely to head back home through Milang and Strathalbyn to entertain the kids.

Beautiful location and views. Very quiet and natural area, but close to many others town hubs. Great base to explore the rest of the Fleurieu. Perfect spot for bird watching!
House was very well put together. Tasteful and simple. Not huge but just perfect for a family of 4 and can accommodate another family of 4 staying downstairs with no problems. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Caroline. 😀

This was an amazing place to spend Easter. Fabulous views of the lagoon. The house was well appointed with high quality appliances and furnishings. It was very comfortable and the sunrise view was just spectacular.!! We even got a double rainbow over the lagoon!! We highly recommend staying at this house. Thanks Caroline.

Even better than the online description and photos, which cannot do justice to the gorgeous views from the deck and picture windows running the full length of the building. Interior decoration was cosy and warm, and everything we needed in respect of amenities. Loved the tranquility away from the city - no traffic and plane noise or light pollution, just the sounds of birds and frogs and clear starry sky at night. Definitely intend planning another visit.

It was a very tidy and comfortable house with great facilities. The view over the lake was stunning and we enjoyed watching the bird life from the upstairs living area and decking. The sounds of birds and frogs were lovely. It was a great place to relax and enjoy nature.

Clayton Bay is a relaxing place & throughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed & has everything you could ever need, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, & the highlight a wonderful deck with a magnificent view. It was a a very enjoyable stay.

Delightful views from deck. Very well presented (perhaps new dining chairs needed) and generous provision of kitchen equipment etc.. Lovely local walks. Visiting other places on Fleurieu Peninsula takes a bit of time, Clayton Bay is off the beaten track. Perhaps a tad expensive but a beautifully quiet position. Host is an extremely good communicator and was very helpful.

The location is wonderful, great views over the water, great house, lovely local walks, plenty for the kids to see and do.
A short drive to the busier heart of Goolwa, Middleton, Pt Elliot and Victor Harbor.
The house is well appointed, beautifully located and extremely comfortable.

A beautiful, relaxing location with an incredible view. Honestly…it was the perfect place to unwind and an absolute treat. We enjoyed the walks, the quiet (away from the school holiday busy-ness of other nearby locations), and the well appointed and beautifully decorated home. The owners have thought of everything. Loved the location, so close to nature we enjoyed daily walks along the river. The place was nice , clean and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and stocked. Also enjoyed hanging out on the outdoor deck area both day and night.

Fabulous location for a 4 day break. The house itself was very well equipped with comfy beds and a kitchen with extras such as coffee machine. We especially loved the deck and amazing views. Great walking and bird watching along the lake and lovely cafe nearby.
