DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!!

This was a complete nightmare of a reservation, the place was filthy, dangerous and very outdated and falling apart. My daughter hurt her foot badly on the nails sticking out of the staircase.

The location was ideal for our needs.Not far from the Isle of Wight ferries and drivable to Southampton Hospital.

The wi fi did not work at first ,this was quickly fixed but it did not work again on our last 2 days. I am sure it would have been fixed very quickly if we had bothered to contact the office.

Excellent central location with parking.

I came with my family on Friday and checked out on Monday. I called straight away that heating is not working. I am a mum of 2 kids ages 4 and 1.5. we were freezing. I called the team on Friday. sadly no one fixed the issue until the morning of the check out. on Monday morning heating magically turned on. we had no wifi and one of the toilets was not working. didn’t flush. sadly bad communication from the team. plus no wifi. I was very disappointed. also no house rules or any manual for the house, it said it will be inside.

Lovely stay , great location just 10 mins walk into main high street , very comfortable house and great to have two bathrooms and super clean and very comfy beds ,bonus to have the small garden with the electric canopy and parking Not really a complaint but the dining room chairs were ripped and tatty on the some of the backs .

Superb location and had everything we needed and more. We were a little worried about the heatwave but having so much space meant it wasn't a problem.

1. The location is excellent. In about 15 minutes by walk you are in the City Center. 2. You are living in a full house with a garden. Had a very nice stay for almost a week. 3. The house had a very nice heating facility. 4. You can get food deliveries easily and taxis are readily available. Uber took approximately 5 minutes to arrive. 5. Quite place.

1. The internet was not very good. There is no proper broadband connection. It seems that the place uses a 4G or a 5G dongle that is approximately 5 to 4 Mbps which surely will struggle if there are multiple people wanting to stream videos on their devices. My video calls were lagging and I found it difficult to work online. 2. If you are assuming that this accommodation is like a hotel, it is not! There will be no "free" room cleaning service (if you stay for more than week, perhaps you can have the cleaning service for free). Towels, etc. will not be changed until you leave. No one will come to check the property everyday to see if there are soaps, shampoo, or shower gels. Maybe you can ask for this for a fee, but we did not do it.
