If front desk could have asked or a sign in hallway and by elevator after 11pm to use quiet voice. But still at 2:19am, people still VERY LOUD at elevator and area to hallway. I asked staff, but they said they were at full capacity. Which didn't apply to my request at all. So $1k to get NO SLEEP. Not happy.

Great location, amenities, and staff!

We have traveled with our dog, and could not stay in the indoor breakfast area: the excessive heat of this period made our daily breakfast sweating and rushy as we had to be outdoors in the patio.

The carpet was poorly taken care of… something in that hotel room made me and my mom have a terrible time sleeping and I could barely breathe because of it… my sinuses are very sensitive when things aren’t cleaned correctly and when I went to other hotels this never happened so I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay…

Staff was friendly. It was clean enough, even though we found a thin layer of dust on lamp switch surface.

We arrived the hotel with kids around midnight. We were exhausted. After we got into our room, in the middle of taking a shower, found out there was no shower gel, no hand soap…also, we have 4 people but only got 3 bath towels. Another thing was the design of their bathroom door. It was a sliding door but it won’t allow you to close completely. I understood if it’s just for 1 person stay but usually it’s more than 1 person to stay in a 2 queen beds room, so was super annoyed by that! Very disappointed!
