Tia at the front desk was awesome! She was friendly, professional and accommodating. She managed to switch my room to one with 2 double beds as I unexpectedly had my son with me and gave me a better rate.
The hotel was also extremely clean and the rooms were large and modern.
I found the price a little high. I would have liked more food options other than breakfast - maybe better/more options at the little store.

The room was only cleaned once in the 5 days and I had to get fresh towels myself.

Location, room size, cleanliness and quiet
The a/c unit in our room was not working properly. The room was humid and even though we had thermos set at a higher temp, the unit was not shutting off and was running and loud all night long.

Great location and sitting areas inside and out to relax after we returned from dinner. Beds were comfortable.
Had a problem locking the door (but reported it on check-out and they took it seriously, creating a work order). Breakfast was so-so (but also included in the stay).

Be nice to have a comfortable chair and small table in the room.

The shower had dirt around the edge of the shower floor which is not a good look especially when the entire was clean. Very nasty

Just having a place to sleep.
There was "poop" on the floor and toilet seat, before we used it, un-sanitary!! Also, we asked the front desk, to not clean our room, but to just bring towels (at this point, I'm not sure if they know how to clean!), but they never came. When we called down to the front desk, we had to go get them!. Lastly, in the middle of the night, there was a power outage; we had to get up and unplug the stupid microwave to stop the noise. All a bad experience.

Breakfast was very good, room was clean and spacious. Very conveniently located with restaurants nearby! Staff was helpful and nice!
