Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Shower was nice and coffee in the lobby at all times was a pleasant treat,. Pizza place a crossed the way is good.

Beds were a little softer then we are used to but still comfortable. Trucks were loud on the road as we had a room facing that side, it wasent non stop but just something to think of if you have noise issues may want to ask for a rear facing room.

Breakfast was not very good. Food trays needed refilled, also not enough seating.

I asked for a quiet room and was not given one. Room faced noisy road. Also I heard doors slamming and toilets flushing all night long.😠

Overall the room was very nice however the blind was broken.

My husband is in a wheelchair and the beds in accessible rooms are always too high to transfer from a wheelchair. The rooms are seldom on the first floor and the far end of the hall. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Not good if the fire alarm goes off. Accessible rooms need to be on the ground floor!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful during the difficult time of being transfered to another hotel and then at other hotel being told only had a room for two adults; we were booked for two rooms a party of six. Was very stressful but staff was friendly. Unfortunately, room situation to awhile to resolve. So we were just getting to our room and settled when got a call saying we were too loud and quiet time was at nine. Definitely put a damper on our already stressful situation. We were just getting into our room. Room next door had screaming children. But manager was friendly and called to apologize about room mess up.

Extreme stress of being told placed at a new hotel but new hotel only had one room for us. We had two reserved and had six people. Very stressful. Then the call saying to loud it is quiet time, we were just getting into our room due to the wait on the room confusion. Wax stressful and then a damper put on the vacation.

Breakfast was very enjoyable.

Pillows were too soft.

That entire staff was super friendly, the whole place was wonderful and comfortable. It wasn't busy at all when we were there which meant nobody was at the pool when we went. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Not enough Handicapped parking. Two spaces and it was always full. The ice machines were down and it was high 90’s temps.

I had let the front desk know Friday that the thermostat light would not deem and it lite up the whole room. He told me he would put it in to have it fixed in the meantime he hung a blue rag over it which still shined through some instead of giving me another room. I left on Monday and the issue was never fixed!

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all so nice and accommodating !!!!

The room was great. It was right next to the door so walking the dog was easy. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The pool was heated and great for the kids. The staff was exceptional at handling the issues. Great stay. Will come again.

There were issues with me booking through booking.com and ended up the hotel charging me for fees I should not have paid since I did my booking through booking.com, so hopefully that will resolve soon.
