Flew interstate for a friends wedding, rented ‘On Burgum Pond’ Guesthouse for 3 nights with some friends. Very comfortable stay for 3 adults. With a large kitchen/living area, 2 separate walk in robes and 2 ensuites, it is perfect for getting ready for a wedding or event. Just 5-10mins drive to the supermarket and local cafe strip. Perfect location for a tranquil getaway. The property was clean and well maintained. No issues had during our stay. The owners were incredibly kind, providing a breakfast hamper with freshly baked bread, eggs, fruit and spreads which lasted our entire trip. Lovely view of the pond off the back deck. Would recommend if staying in Maleny or visiting Sunshine Coast.

Linda and Anthony were great hosts, amazing accommodation easy communication and they have thought of everything you might need for your stay. Easy check in with the guesthouse having 2 bathrooms so that was an extra luxury for our daughter. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for amazing accommodation in maleny for your stay

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have stayed at yet! The location was picturesque and the guest house was clean and well stocked. The hosts were communicative and helpful - and the welcome basket was such a lovely touch.

We had a wonderful Holiday. The guesthouse is very comfortable,cosy and very well appointed. Antony and Linda are fantastic hosts they go above and beyond to make your holiday extra special,especially with the welcome food hamper.

This holiday was wonderful. The hosts were so nice and the accomodation was perfect. So much room for 4 adults, 1 kid and our little schnauzer. A wonderful breakfast hamper and a little treat for our doggy was so nice. Super close to main St Maleny. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic property within a few minutes drive to Maleny town. Peaceful and beautiful outlook from a lovely undercover deck, with daily visits by the resident Peacock, Hen and baby. Very special. Generous welcome basket filled with everything you would need for breakfast and more. Stylishly appointed throughout. Would definitely chose to stay here again if visiting the area.

Absolutely loved our stay (family). Nice and quiet, very clean and neat and the best amenities we have ever had. We had daily visits from Mr, Mrs & Jnr Peacock making our stay just that little bit more special. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely fabulous time staying in north Maleny, at the guest house on Burgum Pond. We were able to bring our small dog Maggie and our hosts were extremely thoughtful and left dog treats, a dog bed, and bowls for Maggie. We were very well looked after and Linda make sure there’s lots of special little touches throughout the guesthouse, so very well laid out and with everything you could possibly want to have a magical stay. Top rating from us and every bit as nice as staying at a Spicers Resort. Rolanda

Beautiful property and surroundings, only a couple of minutes away from Maleny town but it felt very serene and relaxing. The property is beautifully presented with a full kitchen and large outdoor deck. Wifi is available as well as the main streaming services, and there was plenty of wood for the fire which was perfect for the cooler evening's. There is stunning wildlife to see round the property, including a beautiful peacock and resident chooks. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The owners were very prompt in responding to enquries, and we loved the unexpected hamper of goodies left for us to enjoy, and the special touch of treats and bedding provided for our pooch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definately be back.

Excellent position, close to Maleny just beyond the street lights; quiet and tranquil surrounds. Guesthouse design works well with bedrooms and ensuite each end and sitting/kitchen/covered deck in-between. Driveway is rather steep, but after initial navigation very functional with ample space to turn etc.

We needed a holiday to relax and recover from the COVID lockdowns that cancelled our previous planned holidays. As my wife and daughter continued to work through lockdowns a relaxing and rejuvenating stay was planned and achieved with our stay at this well equipped and very comfortable property. Friendly birds and animals, close to shops and places to visit whilst also supplying a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped retreat for our 1 week stay. We would not hesitate at staying again.

Highly recommend “On Burgum Pond” guesthouse. We enjoyed having a wine by the fire , the lovely fresh breakfast basket and the local cafes are plentiful and great! Lovely seeing the peacocks on the deck. Nice outlook over the Pond.

We stayed for a family wedding and it was the perfect size for 2 couples and a toddler. Cosy & with a beautiful outlook. The only thing we were missing was a bath.

Such a beautiful property. Perfectly presented and a generous basket of breakfast supplies and goodies. The hosts were super helpful when we arrived. Would recommend this lovely place to anyone.
