Fun stay at the property with our extended family. Lots to do!

For our Healing and Personal development retreat it was perfect

We had a large group here and it worked out great. Lots of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms. Firepit out back was a nice spot to hang out. The only minor downside is the WiFi is pretty bad, I guess because of satellite internet. I got faster speeds with my 4G cellular connection on my phone, so we ended up using our phones as hotspots to get the TV streaming to work. If you have unlimited data it's no problem. I was even able to take a Teams work call using the cellular 4g connection. But you don't rent this place for WiFi, you rent it to be in the woods of PA. And for that it worked out great.

We were looking for a secluded property to host 20 guys for a relaxing bachelor party and this rental was perfect. Plenty of room in and out of the house. Whole process from booking to checkout was easy.

on a long dirt road, need to put in river dr. not rd., the wifi didn't work all the time, and not all rooms have ac. it's a great place to chill and enjoy nature, a quiet area, cute rooms with nice hot tub, and a game room.

It was fun family gathering. Everyone enjoyed this house so much that they wanted to meet here in future also. Location of the property is very convenient for all of us since we all traveled from different states. House is huge and more than enough for our 8 families. Game room with bar was everyone’s favorite place to hangout during entire stay. Loved this house which felt more like home. Thank you for maintaining and keeping it clean.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nothing to complain about. House was clean and had many things to offer. I would love to book this property again.

Aside from the spotty wi-fi, which may have simply been a general issue with service in the area, and shouldn’t be interpreted as a failure on the part of the property manager, our stay was enjoyable.

Location great. Wasn’t as clean as we thought. Did have plenty of utensils, pots pans etc… Some problems with pool cues, Shuffleboard table and we didn’t call till we were leaving. At that time Christine, property manager, said she had what we needed and could have called her. Now we know for next time. We had kids from 7 to 20 (10 cousins) and they had a great time and want to come back next year.

I rented this house for my 30th birthday. The place was super clean upon arrival. There are so many areas in the house to hang out. My only issues were not having linens provided for the sleeper sofas, despite messaging them to ask this specifically. Also- the listing says it sleeps 30- but there are 22 sleeping spots in the beds and only 2 sleeper sofas for an additional 4 people (26 spots total). So 4 people were without a place to sleep, we had to get air mattresses. I felt bad for my guests who paid as much as everyone else and did not have a bed when they arrived. Overall, we had a great time despite the sleeping situation.

The house itself was great minus a couple of issues we had with some appliances. The wifi didn't work that well but overall was a pretty good stay.

This was everything that the listing promised, and looked/felt better than the posted photos! The indoor accommodations were comfortable and provided enough room for our party of 20+. I would recommend this stay to others no doubt. Only thing was the pathway to the house at night with no lights can be scary! If possible, maybe some lighting on the roads leading to the house. Other than that, this was a 10/10, 5 stars. So much room for fun in the house.

Place looked like the pictures, but we thought it was pricey for what we normally pay for a cabin this size, especially considering the 8th bedroom was the theater room. We got really frustrated with the lack of internet, might as well say there is no internet it is that bad, which means no tv either. When I called for the wifi code, felt like I was bothering the owner. Place was clean, but the sheets didn't smell liked they were clean. Overall decent, but would probably look elsewhere next time.

This house is exactly as advertised in the listing. We had 14 adults, 8 kids and dogs and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Adults loved the huge 6 person poker table and pool table. Kids were in the hot tub daily, playing pool and shuffleboard. A short hike down a path in the woods in the back yard took us to the walking path along the river which has amazing views in the winter. For the older folks in the party who did not feel comfortable with the downhill trek through the woods, we just drove to the trailhead a couple of miles away to start on the path there. This was a great house and location for our extended family holiday gathering.

We had the best time here! The large kitchen and dining area was perfect for gathering. We also rented the house next door and it couldn’t have been a better set up. Everything was great, would totally recommend.

This property is true to the online listing, although it wasn't what I was expecting; it was better. Very accommodating, you will never be bored, a gas station close enough which offers most of your needs, great diners near by, and close to many activities. As much as I enjoyed the stay, i have not received my hefty deposit back, nor have I heard from the property owner since.

The accommodations were acceptable but not great, based on the cost.

My family and friends was exited when we arrived at the property because the living room was spacious for all of us. Unfortunately, all of our gadgets (5-10 gadgets) wasn't able to connect to the internet; my last attempt connect to wifi for JUST 1 computer and it still not able to open just a website (not even a google homepage). All of the kids were so dissapointed because they weren't able to play roblox with other families so they were grumpy all the time they're staying there. I attempted to contact the owner through maintenance person to get some compensation on the internet portion but I have not receive any call or any response via email. Overall, the living room was spacious but the internet was the worst of all!

Had a great experience renting this property.

Plenty of space to house multiple families, we had 9 families in total, the basket ball court was very fun.

This property was perfect for our bachelorette party, and I would recommend! Just one thing to note is bedding was only provided for the beds not the pull out couches, so pack extra sheets and blankets to sleep all your party members comfortably.

Air conditioner not working, owner notified that air conditioner not working. Response from owner stated that he was aware that unit was broken by last renters “jumping up and down on the unit”. He stated for me to call maintenance to ask for a window air conditioner to be brought. It was very hot and uncomfortable. I informed the owner of this. He sent me a picture of the forecast for the next day with cooler temps. Also, numerous window screens were missing, so windows could not be left open. The next day, maintenance brought two fans. I feel that the owner knew of the issue, and did nothing to fix before renting to someone else. I will never rent from this owner again, and have decreased trust in VRBO. Pretty poor experience.

This property was very clean and check off of our list everything we needed. There were things to do near by and the people around the town were very nice.

This house was a great choice for our large group getaway. Might be the first time every member of our family had a bed to sleep in! Great activity room downstairs to hang out and hot tub conveniently located right outside the door. The firepit was great to hang out around and have a drink. Also loved the large dining table so the entire family could sit together for dinner. Very centrally located to all different activities (skiing, shopping, casino, waterparks).

Plenty of space for a large group. Hot tub excellent. Everything worked great in the kitchen as well as the grill- we had a professional chef cook dinner and it went smoothly
