Great rental near King Street in Charleston. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. Very comfortable stay for our large group

I stayed at 62 and 64 Spring Street with a group of 18 girls. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our entire experience (allowing for an early check-in and late check out / storing our luggage until we departed for the airport). The two homes were spotless and the outdoor patio was perfect. We didn't cook much so can't speak to some of the cookware, but the homes were stocked with plenty of basic items (plates, wine glasses, etc.). I think the listing is inaccurate because both homes are 5 bedroom and the beds were super comfy. The homes are walkable to King Street, so perfect location. Would highly recommend 62 and 64 Spring!

Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our group when issues with the city/electricity arose. Communication was prompt and very easy. I could not say enough nice things about staying here!! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Charleston, definitely stay here!

We had 19 adults and one baby staying here for Thanksgiving and it was comfortable, well equipped and versatile to have two kitchens, two tables and plenty of places to play games and enjoy meals together. Loved how easy it is to walk downtown.

Destination family wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations, the location and the proximity to shopping and restaurants. We had an amazing time making new memories in a place where we could all be together. Thank you .

Great location and very clean.

We had 10 adults in town for 2 days of business meetings. We rented both homes and we had a separate bedroom for every guest. We used the outside patio space at 62 and living room in 64 to host meetings and casual gatherings. The ability to walk to restaurants was a huge bonus. With a large group we could walk 5 minutes to King street and have access to everything . A small grocery right across the street and a coffee shop 1 block away covered everything we needed. The houses were well stocked with the basics and very clean. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. An item was left behind and they went out of their way to ensure we got it back. Would use this place again for business or a large family gathering without hesitation

This handsome little complex has abundant room and charm. We were a large group that fit with ease. You won't be disappointed. This is a five star experience VRBO, but be aware if you plan to cook for your group that this kitchen is very sparsely equipped. Conveniences of grocery stores and many restaurants nearby were a huge plus!

Our group had such a great time staying in this charming, spacious, and amenity-filled set of houses in Charleston! The owners were very communicative and there was a lot of space for our group to spread out and enjoy the location. Highly recommended!

Our family reunion of 21 enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great for food, activities, and drinks. The only negative was that the kitchen did not include enough kitchen cookware.

We had a great long weekend in Charleston, celebrating our friend's bachelor party. The property was great for our large group, with plenty of beds, baths (including many en suites) and was very clean and spacious. The property we rented was two separate houses with a large courtyard in between. It was located very close to the popular restaurants and bars on King Street, so we were able to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this property.

The house with all bedrooms and living area on the top floor was great, 5 star! However, there was a problem with the air conditioning in the other house. No matter what you set the thermostat to, 3 bedrooms remained at 63 degrees. A repair person was supposed to fix it but the problem persisted the entire time. It made those bedrooms pretty uncomfortable. The location of the houses is fantastic. Most of the places we wanted to see were within walking distance. Everything was clean and the common patio area was most useful. Except for the air conditioning, we had a great time.

The homes were just perfect for our group of 11! We had a fabulous time gathering with a group of friends from many years ago for a special birthday milestone reunion in Charleston!

The houses were very clean and just like the pictures. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations and we all really enjoyed our stay. Rebecca and her husband were very responsive to questions and very accommodating to requests!

The house is part of a 4 house "compound". The houses are new and in great condition. The owners are nearby and very accessible. Location is about 2 blocks from King Street, far enough for quiet sleep and close enough where you can walk to 20+ restaurants and bars. Each unit comes with great linens, very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, large TV, laundry room, etc.. Everything you need for a great stay is included. We had a golf group of 12 and completely enjoyed everything.

We stayed at this property last weekend for a bachelorette party - a group of 19 girls. It was perfect for the group - very clean, high end features, lots of comfortable sleeping space and multiple bathrooms in each house. We even held a brunch/shower one afternoon which worked out perfectly. We were also able to work with the owner of the wine bar THAT'S ON THE PROPERTY! and had a lovely wine dinner for the group one evening. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this property!

I booked this house to accommodate our wedding party. They all loved the home and the great location really close to King Street. The home décor and beds are great. There is even a really good wine bar conveniently attached to the home on the front facing Spring Street. There is also a convenient store located right across the street that you can buy drinks,food,beer,wine,etc. All of our friends loved this when supplies were running low at the house. The owners Rebecca and Alex are great. They went over and beyond to help me with any questions I had. She even went as far as sending me the blue print layouts of the house. You just don’t get that type of service everywhere. We didn’t really want to leave, but we know where we will be staying from now on.

We rented the two adjacent houses for a large bachelorette party and loved the property! Both houses were gorgeous and very clean, just as the pictures show. It's obvious the owners recently gutted them and redid everything, since everything is brand new, except for some accents they wisely left in, like a couple of quaint fireplaces. The set up of the bedrooms to the living area is very well done too. Obviously, a house full of women can get quite loud, but in the bedrooms, you could barely hear a thing! And for going out, many bars and restaurant on King street were easily walkable, even in heels. If I'm ever in Charleston with such a large group, I'll be checking if this property is available.

We had 16 women stay for a bachelorette and every one of them was raving about the house.

No complaints here. We were very happy with the location and the finishes of the house! Very spacious, very nice!!

Had the whole family come into town for graduation and rented these awesome places. Two classic Charleston house in a great location. Both had great rooms and common rooms with awesome porches and even a cool court yard between the porches. Made it perfect for a large group not trying to rent six hotel rooms. The location is probably the best part, just one block off the main King Street!!! Made anything we could possibly need just a short walk away. Highly Recommend!!

We had a great stay and will definitely be planning to return! The property was beautiful and so clean and comfy. It was great for our large family to spend time together in the living space and kitchen but also have our own rooms. The bedrooms and baths were beautifully designed and very spacious. Even great closets. We were only one block away from everything on King St. which was so convienent! We walked to grab pastries and coffee in the morning, shopping and exploring during the day, and amazing dinners at night. We can’t wait to return to Charleston and stay at this property again!

We had a large group for a conference in Charleston and these houses were PERFECT! Plenty of space and we loved the porches.
