We stayed at the property for 5 nights. The house is as presented and is immaculately clean. Markus was terrific, giving us all the information we needed and was available to answer any questions. The house has window air conditioners, which keep the house comfortable but turn on and off to adjust the temperature. The backyard and pool are very nice, although our 4 year old grandson thought the water was cold (the pool isn’t heated) and he got a couple of splinters from the wood deck. There are a number of floats and other pool toys, which is great. It was very relaxing each day to sit outside for breakfast and lunch. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to East Hampton. It was a very nice way to spend a vacation in the Hamptons.

We had a lovely family stay i this July. Marcus the owner was there to greet us and was available for any questions along the way. The pool and yard are by far the best part! We are admittedly hotel snobs but the home was kept very clean and had everything we needs to cook breakfast daily and beyond if we had desired. Lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this Springs/East Hampton home. Marcus and Katrin are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful! It is a lovely home - updated, clean & comfortable. The house had all the ammenties needed for an enjoyable stay. The outdoor space was awesome and we loved the pool! We had our dog with us and the fenced yard and walkable neighborhood was perfect. As this was our first time visiting the Hamptons, we found this home to be centrally located to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping in the many different towns/villages. We had a wonderful week stay at the house. Markus was incredibly easy to be in touch with before, during, and after our visit. The backyard and outdoor seating were both really well taken care of and we enjoyed hanging out there together. The house was spread out enough for a family of four plus a spouse and a friend. The bathroom in the basement and the space down there wasn't the most conducive to hanging as a group, but the living room into the kitchen certainly was. Beach chairs and pool floats were greatly appreciated. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available to us. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying here! This was our first time on vacation as a family (infant and toddler) and staying here was a great choice. Markus went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was always available for questions. Location was convenient, 10 mins or less to East Hampton and Amagansett downtowns. Our toddler loved the pool and yard.

I recently stayed at Markus' house with my husband, two kids (22 mo. & 4) and another family with kids the same age. We had such a wonderful time and Markus couldn't have been a more welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond with leaving us all the household staples (and some!) and even provided us with several kid friendly suggestions for activities and places to go with the kids. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a future stay.

It was a great property and Markus was a great host! All the necessities were available and the backyard was so peaceful. The pool was a bit too cold to swim, but the weather was very mild in mid-June when we visited. The beds were super comfortable!

We had a wonderful 10 days at this property. We truly enjoyed the deck, yard, pool. The sun every morning was just the best with my cup of coffee and then in the afternoon the pool/yard had wonderful sunshine. We were here in late September/early October so were prepared for some coolness but ended up having just magnificent weather. The house has everything. Being able to bring our dogs was great. We cooked some meals with ease in a well stocked kitchen. Accessories were great - beach chairs, bicycles, ping pong table, etc. Downstairs had a great TV and billiards table. Really a great house! Such a great coastal vibe. Also, we enjoyed tips on restaurants. I'm fond of the sunsets on the sound but we also enjoyed East Hampton main beach. Markus was always a text away with any questions! We highly recommend this house!

My parents and I stayed at Markus's lovely Spring home in mid-September. We had a wonderful time lounging around the house, cooking, playing games (especially the pool table in the basement!) and of course swimming in the luxurious swimming pool. Markus's organization and communication contributed to our positive experience. Prior to arrival, we received a detailed booklet of instructions and when we arrived Markus just happened to be leaving and gave us a quick tour himself. The house has everything you need to make you feel at home while being clean and spacious. My parents are already talking about returning next year!

We had a great experience at this property. Impeccably kept inside and out. We enjoyed spending most of our time by the pool but when we did go out it was just a short ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Springs for a week in late August traveling with my in-laws, husband and 7-year old son. Here are the positives: beautiful yard and pool area with loungers and big umbrella, garage full of pool toys, bikes, ping pong table (everything made accessible to guests, which is very nice), pool table, exercise equipment and games in the basement, stocked kitchen with cooking oil, spices, etc., comfortable beds, really quiet neighborhood and yard. Some of the downsides were that the pool is shaded for a lot of the day and it's not heated so prime pool time for us at the time of our trip was like 12pm-3:30pm, otherwise a little too cold to swim. Also there is no central air in the house, just individual ac units in rooms that are a little noisy. And there was no inside room big enough and with enough seating for our entire 5 person family to hang together comfortably, though the outdoor couch and pool area has plenty of space. Overall, it was a great stay but I like to provide detailed info because I get a lot out of other people's reviews when choosing a house. Markus was a super gracious host who checked in on us and was very communicative.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay for our 2021 3 week Hampton getaway in our favorite part of East Hampton (springs). Our annual getaway home had everything we needed. We had a great week-long stay here with 6 adults and 3 small children. The backyard is excellent for relaxing, playing games in the yard and the swimming pool feels resort-like. There was excellent communication with the owners and any issues were easily resolved. We would stay at this location again.

Great rental property in the Springs. I have rented many times in Amagansett, Montauk, and the Springs and this house was my favorite. Very close to EH and Amagansett shopping / beaches and the harbor. I biked to the beach but it's also a short drive and walked to Shagwong Marina to rent paddle boards. The layout of the kitchen, deck, and pool is ideal for having a few friends over. The backyard is much bigger than you might think from the pictures -- the grass next to the pool is about as big as the pool and deck itself. No complaints. Had a great time.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Markus' Springs/East Hampton home. We have three kids, from 7-14 and it was perfect for us. We loved the cleanliness, layout, and style of the interior. Great beds, linens and space to store our things in all rooms. Tons of pool and regular towels all neatly accessible. Kitchen well-equipped to cook (maybe some baking pans to add? Unless they were hidden really well!) Pantry had oils and spices which I appreciate on holiday so I don't have to buy....The true gem of this property is the backyard. Large pool, ping pong, dining and lounging areas, BIG yard (you cant tell from photos) where boys played tee-ball. My teen sat on the swing taking selfies half the day as is their want! We stayed out here for hours and was so nice to be in after a day at beach. Beaches locally were open only to residents (due to Covid) with sticker but Hither Hills state park was open to day passes and was a quick 20 min. The town of East Hampton is 10 min with posh shops and dining. We took a day trip (its only 30 min) to Montauk to see the Light House. Very fun! An added bonus on a rainy day was the pool table in basement, and cable tv right next to it, we had fun for hours. Check in was a breeze. Markus was beyond helpful with any questions and checked in regularly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
