The rental was very clean (minus a few bags of laundry stuffed under the bed when we arrived) and the perfect amount of space. Washer and dryer is convenient, many things included. Full size kitchen, great bathroom space. Outdoor area is great for people watching. We would absolutely come back again!

We enjoyed the property, the cleanliness and the convenient location of the condo immensely. It was everything we were looking for. Would stay again.

The place was easy and accessible to every where we wanted to go. Nice accommodations and a great location. Guest Happy hour was fun!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described. Such an easy walk to Cruz Bay for dining or to catch a taxi. We arrived at 10am and were able to leave our luggage in the lobby, and head to the beach until our room was ready. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a wonderful stay great location

We found the condo to be quite comfortable and had all we wanted. Also, it is conveniently located in Cruz Bay -- one can walk to many restaurants, the ferry dock, and other sites.

This property was very easy. Easy to come and go, easy to park, easy to go downtown, easy to cook, easy to head out to a beach or a hike. Easy to go downtown and grab a bite or a drink. If you are looking for convenience, this is your place! We would love to stay again. The only improvements we would suggest: a new mattress

I have been coming to St John for years, and this was my first time staying at Grande Bay. This trip was a combination of our yearly visit, and a Sweet 16 birthday present for my daughter. The studio provided a space large enough for everyone. Raschelle was a gift, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend !

This was our second time at Grande Bay, but first in this unit. The unit had plenty of room for our family of four and all our stuff. Our trip was made easier by all the included amenities including beach chairs, coolers, pool noodles and even the assortment of household goods in the unit. The property manager and owner were amazing and very responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing St John vacation that offers privacy but keeps you close to the action of Cruz Bay.

We loved our stay as always at Grand Bay. Rachelle was great to work with and super accommodating. The property was beautiful and just what we were looking for to get away. Grand Bay is great because if it’s proximity to everything. We will definitely visit again!

Property was clean and well equipped with everything we wanted and needed. John kept us apprised of updates to enter the USVI ahead of our stay and Rachelle guided us through check-in and was available throughout our visit. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The Grand Bay is the best place to stay on the island in our opinion. It is close to everything and has some beautiful views. This studio was perfect for the two of us. It is spacious, clean, and truly everything you are looking for. There was a slight hiccup when we arrived regarding the room keys but we were able to have that taken care of right away. The property manager was responsive and helpful in every way, and was a simple text message away. The room comes with a much needed washer and dryer and a little kitchen too, to store snacks and such. The bed was super comfortable, which we actually weren’t expecting, given the other properties we have stayed at on the island, so that was an added bonus. We were also even able to have a parking spot in the garage last minute, which was great and we were very thankful. All in all, we would absolutely stay at Jack’s place again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this property! The location is great and so convenient to restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery, etc. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions or information needed. The property management was also the same. We loved our time here and can’t wait to come back…will stay again!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I with amenities galore including beach towels and chairs as well as a washer and dryer and a beautifully located pool! One suggestion would be to possibly replace the lock on the locker where beach equipment is kept; the combination lock appears somewhat aged and the numbers on the lock were quite small and dark and difficult to navigate especially in the garage which isn’t especially well lit. But we figured it out and the overall experience was fantastic! Thank you, Jack, will definitely recommend your condo to anyone traveling to St. John!

We had an amazing time staying at Grande bay! The condo is beautiful and has great views! The pool and hot tub area is really nice! The location is perfect and is walking distance to many restaurants! The company that manages the condo is great! We had a problem with the coffee maker and it was replaced immediately! I would recommend trying to level the nightstand with a piece of wood or something we used a towel while we were there. Also black out drapery might be nice to help with the light in the morning. We had a great time staying here and would definitely return!

Love St John will be back again

Very peaceful and full of amenities that got so much use for the 4 days we stayed. We had difficulty finding the place but a text to the manager got a quick response that led us right to the place. Much is within walking distance including NPS Visitor Center, restaurants and retail stores. We rented a jeep on St.Thomas and took the car ferry over. Luckily it was off season so parking wasn't an issue at the Grande Bay. Even though it was a studio it was large and with a full size refrigerator. The ice machine in the garage just make blender drinks so much easier. And yes, there's a blender, 2 coffee machines, a toaster and hot plate. The secured storage in the garage gave us access to beach chairs, a cooler and more. On site the pool and hottub are nice way to relax after a day snorkeling and hiking. Thanks for including those extras so we didn't have to worry about those added expenses. We hope to be back to bring other family members.

We loved “Somewhere in the Sun” studio at Grande Bay Resort. Super clean, comfortable, spacious, gorgeous views, awesome pool and jacuzzi and prime location. John and Rachelle were great to communicate with. Can’t wait to come back :)
