Just beautiful surroundings.

Great location, Sunrise Condos facilities were nice but Unit 34 was not as clean, equipped and well kept as expected

Unit was hot and smelly at time of arrival. Floors were dirty and had to be swept also window/door areas were dusty and there was signs of lack of upkeep and maintenance. We found quantity of kitchen items/utensils minimal and some utensils and pans were dirty, unsanitary. We also found that some bedding and towels to be dirty, stained and past their life span. Along with having to make due with limited simple amenities provided and somewhat disappointing comfort qualities of the unit we had to contact property management 3 times to have plumbing issues resolved/repaired.

Great location. Comfortable space and kitchen had what we needed. Kids loved the pool. Loved that i can work and the join the family at the pool or on the beach. Town and restaurants are all walkable.

Only thing we had an issue with was we couldn't get the dryer working, but told them not to bother to fix while we were there because we were leaving soon. Super responsive managers.

Great condo, spacious and quiet.

A/C needed service while we were here because it wasn't cooling. Staff responded quickly and got it working. Suggest instructions on how to set temperature. Would like basic supplies for coffee, sugar, creamer.

The condo was huge and very comfortable for our family. It was clean upon arrival and well equipped (kitchen, towels, beach towels). The beds were comfortable. Gustavo was easy to communicate with before arrival and also when we were there. The pool area is fantastic ... like an oasis from the busyness of Tamarindo. Everything in Tamarindo was within walking distance. Security staff was professional. We loved having a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit.

The thermostat defaulted to 85 degrees so we constantly had to adjust to a more comfortable temperature. Hot water in the showers wasn’t consistent (I think related to water pressure). It seemed like the washer was only hooked up to hot water or else connections were reversed. While for some the central location in Tamarindo would have been a plus, we would have preferred something a bit off the beaten path. We were there the week between Christmas and New Years so was particularly busy with concerts on the beach and many visitors - foreigners and Costa Ricans alike.
