Location was great

The room was not really ready. No face towels, no ear buds, no shaving kit, no tooth kit, no enough water and coffee, no tea spoon, no glass cup in the bedroom or bathroom, no clothes iron, no tissue in the bedroom. Also, the TV and the safe box was not working. Housekeeping was awful ! They don’t do anything! The just take the used towels without providing a new ones! Coffee corner was not restocked for the whole stay! All the time I was calling the reception to ask for everything! At day one, I called the reception to provide more water bottles not only one bottle because I have a baby and nothing happened! Also, during checkout, I called for someone to take my luggage because I had a lot and they said there are no one ! No one working at this time ! It’s really weird! It was really bad experience for me and my family, the hotel would be 4 or 3 stars definitely not 5 star and sure I will not ever stay there again.

Breakfast was ok, even if some of it was cold, when it should have been hot! Staff were very nice, professional and helpfull!

TV was terrible, really terrible with zero access to any major entertainment Channels or systems. This is 2023 not 1823, I can get MORE entertainment on my Mobile or laptop, but investment has been made in a TV system which should at least deliver across the divide of Guests.

I feel relaxing

The distance from the hotel to the sea was very short and it was very pleasant to see the sea from the balconies.

The water in the pool was a little cold and there was an unpleasant smell.

A clean, bright and modern hotel just opposite the beach promenade. Very big pool, where you can really swim. Lovely chilled fitness area. Wonderfull breakfast until 11am. Nice view to the sea with a balcony.

The location is a bit far from the old city centre. But 2 km are also possible to walk.

The location is quite OK, mountain view is more like backyard view, the breakfast ws veru poor, no bacon, no dark bread etc ... compare to other 5* hotels in the city 1:5 , the Staff was nice and friendly, for wifi connection you get some code for each of your devices, the main Entrance was not working for couple of days.

we got information about swimming pool not working only after credit card got charged… pillows were very uncomfortable, TV working for youtube but no channels, no wireless connection to “smart tv”. definitely not 5 star hotel but 3.

TV keeps freezing in every 2 minutes, cold water in pool, no buffet breakfast

Everthbg was super except the breakfast.... it could have been better with live station.
