Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum von Santanyi und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und mehr. Der Ablauf der Agentur war super, es wurde an alles gedacht (einschließlich vorhandenes Trinkwasser bei Eintreffen). Also wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden wieder buchen.

Very nice townhouse in great location in the wonderful town of Santanyi. Management is super responsive and helpful. Everything is very well organised. Can definitely recommend.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard without losing any of the characteristics of a Mallorca townhouse. It is well-equipped for all needs and very comfortable. Above all, the manager, Serena, was friendly and extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend JKL house.

La casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Es acogedra y está bien cuidada. Está situada en una zoma transitada del pueblo, a 5’ andando del centro, y a unos 15’ en coche de varias calas maravillosas.

Haus war so wie inseriert und erwartet. Kleineres Problem wurde sofort behoben. Sehr freundlicher, verständlicher und bemühter Service.

Das Haus ist genauso charmant, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht und es ist fantastisch ausgestattet! Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man ein Auto hat und - wie wir - lieber verschiedene Buchten und Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht, als nur an einem Ort zu bleiben. Abends haben wir gerne ein Glas Wein auf dem Marktplatz getrunken, der nur 2-3 Minuten von dem Haus entfernt ist. Fazit: wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

La casa está perfectamente situada para el que quiera disfrutar del pueblo de Santanyi. Situada cerca de muchas calas maravillosas. Es una casa muy cómoda de vivir, con todo lo necesario, muy bien distribuida y con toda la información disponible para el uso de los electrodomésticos. La atención y comunicación con Serena ha sido estupenda. Nosotros volveremos seguro.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen „Stadthaus“ in Santanyi. Die Gestaltung der Räume ist liebevoll und landestypisch. Das Equipment für Küche und wohnen ist so komplett, wie ich es noch nicht erlebt habe - wunderbar! Die Kommunikation mit Jade im Vorfeld war hervorragend.

Sehr schönes, super eingerichtetes Haus in guter Lage. Die Ansprechpartnerinnen vor Ort waren sehr engagiert und freundlich. Wir empfehlen hier zu wohnen!

Das kleine Stadthaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gemütlich. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Marktplatz kann man nicht besser wohnen.

Just needed to bring beach towels as the apartment had everything else you'd need already available. Even has UK television with fully SKY package, for when you are weary. Santanyi is a lovely Spanish town with good restaurants when eating out. Short drive to the beach at Call Santanyi. Even shorter drive to Lidl's for your shopping. Would definitely advise having a small car as parking outside the apartment is tight.

Thought a moment to write in German, but the owner speaks English and hence this is the preferred communication language (as long as you don't speak Danish ;-) ). We know Santanyí very well and looked for accommodation as the apartment we used to rent was not available. So I don't talk about Santanyí but the lovely town house Jade is offering here. You really feel at home soon as this is not one of the usual tourist places you find in other places on the island. It has the flair of the old buildings with a lot of modern conveniences. We tend to cook a lot on ourselves instead of going to restaurants too often. So the hearth was used a lot and it really was fun as there is everything you need. As it was late September we did not have much sun in the lovely backyard. Some town houses have sun decks on the roof which we missed a little. British Sky TV brings you a lot of stations but we missed some German stations. The workaround for that is connecting a notebook to the fast internet which is provided and using a browser for streaming. I hooked the TV to the notebook and had a good HD reception of the main German stations with that. We most probably would rent this town house again as we love Santanyí and this is an adequate home for a great vacation off the main touristy places on Mallorca. And not to forget: It was very clean when we moved in! We had other experiences occasionally so we appreciate this. The contact is very friendly and responsive. Thanks a lot for everything!

nett eingerichtetes Häuschen in der Nähe des Zentrums von Santanyi das Haus verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche, mit Spül/-Waschmaschine. Aircon vorhanden. Von der Küche geht es in einen liebevoll gestalteten Innenhof. Auf der oberen Etage befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Ideal für zwei bis drei Personen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Es ist ein schönes Haus mit jedem Komfort den man braucht und super gelegen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und war supersauber. Die Informationen des Vermieters kamen zeitnah nach Buchung und waren umfassend. Die Schlafräume befinden sich in der 1. Etage. Es ist zu beachten, dass die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Das Haus ist für Einzelreisende und Familien mit großen Kindern absolut empfehlenswert.

Coming from Australia, we found Santanyi in Mallorca to be a perfect place to begin a European holiday and relax before further travel. The beautifully restored 100 year old stone house is comfortable, well presented, tastefully furnished and made us feel instantly at home. On arrival we collected the key from the wonderful Teresa who lives nearby and maintains the property in perfect condition. The kitchen was well stocked with basic ingredients and everything you could possibly need, including a modern dishwasher and washing machine. The main bedroom was comfortable with plenty of hanging space and we slept well thanks to the quiet location. The bathroom had an excellent supply of hot water and was well fitted, and the second toilet downstairs was a bonus. Free WiFi allowed us to keep in touch with home. A range of TV programs and DVDs are available. The charming stone courtyard was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink after a busy day of sightseeing. The sunny spring time weather was perfect for visiting the local beaches and fishing villages and being out of the main holiday season meant no crowds. We hired a car at the airport and easily found our way to Santanyi. Parking at the house is easy and is free. Easy day trips are possible from Santanyi to Palma, the east coast villages, the national parks and the beautiful mountain areas to the north west. Santanyi is well served by supermarkets and a bonus is the popular twice a week market with wonderful fresh produce. The town square and surrounding area has many good cafes, bakeries and boutiques. A favorite coffee spot was Goli, just around the corner from the house. The owner Jade, was very helpful in providing information prior to our arrival. Our week long stay was a highlight of our European holiday and we would certainly recommend the house to others.

This is a delightful small tow n house within walking distance of all amenties but you need a car to get to the beaches. Very clean and all mod cons. Certainly to be recommended.

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this townhouse for the month of February. The apartment was nicely furnished and fully equipped. Everything was very well maintained too. The description of the townhouse is accurate and the photos really show it all. It's location is right in the center of town so that everything in Santanyi is within walking distance. The place is very clean and has WiFi which was necessary for us during our stay. Jade was very helpful when getting the wireless set up for us before we arrived. We have never been to Mallorca before and could not believe the diverse landscape and beauty of this island. We explored the entire island and Santanyi is one of our favorite places, it is so authentic and not touristy at all. There was snow on the mountains and the almond trees were in bloom! The best beaches of the entire island are only minutes away by car. Driving around the island is very easy and the roads are well marked. Visiting the mountain villages of Pollenca, Soller and Fornalutx are also a must. February is a quiet time but we enjoyed it tremendously. The outdoor markets in the village square were on Wed. and Sat. even though the weather was chilly. Pablos restaurant was our favorite restaurant and we had dinner there a few times. We definitely plan to come back again soon. Overall, it was such a wonderful experience in a wonderful place.

The house was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean, private, and very beautiful! The owner provided great customer service and was very prompt in replying to email. The information she has about nearby beaches is priceless. Cala Llombards really is the best! This is a great little place and it is a two or three minute walk to the plaza. The city of Santanyi is a good size without being overwhelming. The people are welcoming to tourists and this is a great place from which to explore the entire island. Wifi is available in the plaza. I would have been willing to pay more for the house if internet had been available there. It was like a home away from home. I have been recommending this place to everyone.
