Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The backyard is beautiful and the house is lovely. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It's a short drive to hiking, but a bit longer to downtown Tucson. I would recommend this property if you find yourself in the Tucson area.

Our family of 6 visited Tucson for the first time for a wedding. This home was the perfect location with plenty of space for our family and to visit with friends.

Very lovely and awesome, like a 5 star hotel. Way better than the photos! Need new fotos to showcase tasteful elegance. All amenities were available which made our first night relaxed. Great walking neighborhood. Wildlife in the backyard. Convenient for our needs. Only problem was alarm system but Owner John was a phone call away and accommodating. Will stay here again! Loved that we had a beautiful private backyard and was easy to drive to Sabino canyon and the botanical garden. I would recommend taking Lyft to go downtown as traffic and road construction make driving there stressful. Otherwise quite relaxing

Very nicely remodeled home on a larger lot with everything we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood, clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the new kitchen with attached dining area and connection to family room/living room area with gas fireplace. We used as home base during Tucson Rock & Mineral Show and the proximity to the show and restaurants, etc. worked out great!

The location is perfect for us as I'm sure it would be for others who wish to be in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, but right in town --- close to so much. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a GREAT home to stay. As a matter of fact, we are already looking to rent from you again in the not-too-distant future!

Super clean, well furnished and set-up, as described -- in a really nice, quiet (perfect for walking) shistoric Tucson neighborhood close to so much but also very much in the desert. Five stars for sure.

We (myself, husband, three young children) loved our stay here. The photos don’t do the home justice-it is lovely and spacious with high end finishes throughout. We enjoyed the outdoor space and exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend booking!

We were in town for an event at UofA and had a great stay at John’s lovely house. The amenities are new and nice. The house is well stocked and it really feels like you are home.

Located in quiet subdivision about 6 miles from downtown Tucson. Large updated and well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space throughout the house.

We had a great time at this property. It was equipped with everything a traveler could need and a luxury setting. A wonderful remodel with high end finishes. I would highly recommend a stay if your coming to town. Convenient to everything in Tucson. We’ll be back. We loved it.

This property is in nice neighborhoods. Good for morning walks. Comfortable sitting area under covered patio. Washer and dryer available. Full kitchen with wine cooler. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We had a wonderful stay this past Holiday at this gem. Some of the images don't do a justice for how nice (and NEW) everything is! It was perfect for our family of 4 - and we felt as though we had more than enough space. There is basically 2 master bedrooms and essentially 2 couples could stay here. We will definitely reach-out to rent again :)

We had a very comfortable stay. As advertised, the house has recently been completely remodeled to a high standard. While we didn’t use the kitchen for cooking we wished to have had more time there to use it. We found the location very convenient for our event. The native landscaping was a treat along with the surrounding small neighborhood. A walk there was very peaceful. We would definitely make use of the property again for our visit.

The home was in a very convenient location and close to tourist spots, shopping, a park, and more. House is georgeous inside and appears to recently have been redone. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

We were new to VRBO but not Tucson when we came to this experience. The photos of the home conveyed the essentials but didn't prepare us for the true comfort or convenience of this location. The quiet neighborhood started and ended each day with an outdoor setting unrivaled in urban Tucson. Having been recently renovated and minimally decorated, the home allowed us to claim the space as ours and added to the ability to settle in for the stay. The kitchen is superb as the working and visiting heart of the home. On one evening, our guests never left the kitchen/dining area. As it was rainy and cool, we especially enjoyed evenings around the fireplaces. The location of the home is also convenient to all of the areas you could want to access while in Tucson. The owner responded to all communications quickly and amiably. I am now a convert to the VRBO process as our first experience counts as excellent. Oh, and we will return to this home every time we visit Tucson, if we can.
