The couch, the fridge, deep freeze and the new bbq were all fantastic!

It needs a broom and scrubbing brush to help with longer stays.

The location was very central. The open living area was very spacious.

Great location, great alfresco area.

No plugs for any of the sinks or baths One of the bbq burners is not working

The freezer smelled very badly - couldn’t use ice in your drinks because the smell was permeated from the ice into the drinks. The BBQ had only two burners that worked. There was no complimentary tea or coffee or toiletries. Lots of black stuff came out of the spa jets making it unusable.

Location is brilliant right on the main street and check in was easier than I thought it would be which was great.

First of all, the SPA in Osprey villa 102 DOES NOT WORK. I would like to give everyone thinking of booking this apartment a warning so that you do not waste your precious hard-earned MONEY on this absolute rip off. Waited for the cleaner to arrive on check out to tell her I was not happy and got told that the spa has not in fact been working for many months and refused a refund. NOT HAPPY!! Also there was a washing machine provided with no instuctions on how to use it properly nor any washing powder in the tub where there was supposed to be some. Could not even find the pool in the complex because there was no instructions on where it was located or anything like that so $600 down the drain is the way I see it.
