House is in a nice, quiet area, with everything you need for a great vacation!

Beautiful home that fit all our needs. We found a couple dirty dishes (moldy cup) in with the clean, but we cleaned it. Comfortable beds. Property management company was overbearing and made enjoying our vacation hard. After requesting a reservation, I received a phone call asking me questions regarding specific things that would be breaking their rules. I was told they are very strict with the count of guests. We had exactly how many I said we would have. She told me they had people around and they would know. The contract I signed stated: they could come into the home anytime they felt deemed necessary to count guests and could make us leave.They also went over what they expected us to clean ourselves. They did say “We won’t make you dust or wash windows, but it needs to be clean.” Meanwhile charging $400+ for a cleaning fee. Overall that first conversation was unsettling and I wasn’t very excited about renting through them. We kept the reservation regardless. We arrive. Love the house. Have received a 30 minute early arrival. I receive a call on our second day that they need to come into the house to “fix a chair.” That was canceled as they already had the chair in storage apparently. Then next day, I was sent an email, a text and missed a phone call explaining the check out process. We still had one day left. The house has printed instructions and I can read. I have rented many homes, but never from this company. A typical rental is: Obtain house by putting a down payment down. Pay the remainder. Information about check in found online or email or link. (Not all 3) Arrive at the house. Enjoy your time (no one calls, texts etc.) READ the binder/printed information (if not available online). Again not contacted by the actual rental company three different ways when you have written instructions. Follow check in/check out procedures and leave. Typical check out time for any house I have ever rented is 11:00. This company doesn’t allow you to arrive until 4:00pm and has you check out at 10:00am. We were happy that they allowed us a 12:00pm check out time. Our experience with this home, was far from the normal. They should have more faith in people’s abilities to read and follow directions. It’s not hard. Only contact guests if they reach out. Leave them alone unless they need help. We are responsible adults and I will tell you I will never rent a house that’s managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals again. Period.

What a beautiful home! We came for the 2021 ski week and our family truly loved the house. From reservation, check-in, and during our stay the homeowner was very accommodating. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and Sunriver is the perfect location between Bend and Mt Bachelor. We will definitely be coming back. We greatly enjoyed our family reunion in Lone Pine Lodge. The house was perfectly suited for us, with master bedroom suites for all the adults and a large bedroom for the 4 kids. Bikes for everyone, including the small children, a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, BBQ, and televisions in nearly every room. Between white water rafting, lake and river kayaking, biking and tennis there was little time to just sit on the patio and watch the deer pass by. We hope to return again soon.

This house was massive and just like it was pictured. It was perfect for our family and we will be coming back in 2021.

We just concluded a family reunion at Lone Pine Lodge in Sunriver. There were 20 of us (adults and children) and this house was perfect. We especially appreciated the bicycles which were provided - the best way to get around the area. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators (plus 2 more elsewhere in the house), two ovens and large stovetop, as well as each bedroom having its own bath. Everyone loved it!

This property exceeded my expectations and was an overwhelming hit with everyone who stayed in the house. It is so well appointed we lacked for nothing. I will definitely look to reserve this house in the future.
