We were very pleased with our stay at Fort Meyers Beach. The home was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the best experience, at the best property we have stayed at on VRBO. The host was amazing and so easy to communicate with. She was always available for us if we had questions about the property or things to do nearby. We will be back year after year after year. The property was so clean and had so many amenities. Best vacation ever!

Great stay for my girls and I! Lots of rules to follow when checking out but it's so easy and they all make sense! We loved the place and the location of everything! Highly recommend for families this place has EVERYTHING!

We were overall happy with our stay. The location made walking to the beach easy. A cart with all necessary beach equipment was available. We used available pack-n-play, jogging stroller, grill, fans—all nice extras on site!

My wife and I and our daughter’s family (7 yr old boy, 4 yr old boy, and 15 mo old girl) came this perfect place for the kid’s spring break from SE MN. The pool was a hit and not much of a walk to the beach. It was sad to see Ian’s wrath, but we had a lot of space at the beach. This house really met our needs. Also excellent communication from owner.

The best vacation celebration of my life. Loved the quiet and privacy of the neighborhood. We had everything we needed and wanted plus very clean including the beach that was about a 5min walk. Will be coming back 😁

I booked this house for a bachelorette party. There were 6 in our party and this house was perfect. Gabrielle was easy to get ahold of and gave awesome recommendations. The quick walk to the beach was the best. Gabrielle has everything you need for a beach day. We also took a day to enjoy the pool. The cabana room area worked perfect for one of our people because of it not being connected through the house. It gave her a little more privacy. I would highly recommend this house! Love to see Fort Myers recovering from hurricane Ian.

It was exactly as advertised. This home provided everything you may need. The location to the beach was amazingly close and so convenient. The children thoroughly enjoyed the pool. They also loved looking for beautiful seashells on the beach. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Gabriela.

8 adults,all in our late 50's to mid-sixties in my group. The walk to the beach was easy. Bikes and the beach wagon to haul gear were great to have. Pool was super clean and warm. Towels and sheets were soft and high end. I could go on but you get the idea. Have stayed at many rentals and for this price range it would be hard to beat. One last thing, Gabriela was a pleasure to work with and even offered a late checkout. Treat yourself and support a beautiful area recovering rapidly; it is a win, win.

Had everything we needed. Located right near beach access. Pool area was great. Had a great stay.

Very clean, easy travel to Publix, a few restaurants and the beach. The furniture was clean and well taken care of. Lots of outdoor seating. Pool was perfect each afternoon. The only issue would be, the lower bedroom and bath are not connected to the upper main living area. I would still recommend staying here. Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful!

Super clean. Responsive host. Very well equipped! Comfortable. Great location on Fort Myers Beach. Many restaurants have reopened. Heartbreaking to see how far they still have to go to “recover” from Ian... Would love to stay again!! Thank you!

Loved the home and the pool in the back is lovely. We had the beach to ourselves and it’s a 2 minute walk. Super easy. FMB was destroyed but it’s coming back. The downtown had some nightlife. Thanks for the great weekend.

Very nice comfortable home close to the beach

We had a great week staying at Gabriela’s home. The pool was perfection and beach was beautiful. The area is still quite devastated, but Gabriela gave lots of suggestions and helped us with any questions we had! We would absolutely stay here again!

We came to attend our son’s graduation with MBA at Florida Gulf State University, and extended our stay for a vacation. We all (son, his wife, my husband and I loved the house and it’s location. Just a short block and a half from the beach. The pool was so relaxing. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our Hostess, Gabriella, was very welcoming and solicitous of our needs. We all wish we had scheduled more time in the house and on Ft. Myers Beach. There has been a lot of work done to restore the Island (with a lot more to come), but with restaurants and businesses re-opening all the time and the friendly atmosphere, I would highly recommend a visit.

In so many ways this location was perfect. Close to the beach (went every day), size of the home, pool availability and wonderful hosts. The home was well furnished and welcoming. The kids loved the pool and the beach. The host provided plenty of pool and beach toys to keep everyone happy. For those hesitant about Fort Myers Beach, go and support the community. They will appreciate your business. There are a nice variety of places to eat and the beach is beautiful. Sunsets are still stunning. We will be back

Gabriela's property was phenomenal. We spent countless hours in the heated private pool! We had to drag the kids out by the end of the night. Obviously Fort Myers Beach is going to be in a form of rebuilding for years to come, but the property is truly an oasis in fantastic shape. Access to the beach is so easy - and I have never in my life seen shells like we did during our stay. Even the adults were acting like kids exploring what washed ashore. From a hosting perspective, Gabriela was perfect. You can tell she wants her guests to have an amazing time. We were lucky enough to chat with her husband Geoff for a few minutes while he was dropping off a couple of things. Just really great down to earth people - you can definitely appreciate the blood, sweat, and tears that went into getting the house back into wonderful condition. Thank you guys for an unforgettable stay - we'd love to come back in the future!

Great house, very clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay next to fort Myers beach. We stayed in Feb 2023, and most of the area was still being cleaned up from hurricane Ian. However, you will not notice from this location. Plus you’re within 5 minute walk to the beach. Will stay here again

We absolutely loved this home! This was our first vacation with our baby who is 10 months old so we were a little worried how this trip would go. This home was amazing and made vacationing with a little one so easy! It is the perfect walking distance from the beach, the welcome letter recommended several restaurants that were AMAZING! We have a 9 year hold that has a chlorine allergy so the salt water pool was so perfect! This is the perfect beach rental for your family!

Was a great place for my husband and I along with our teenage kids.

The property was easy to find, easy to access, and just as amazing as it was pictured. It's less than 2 blocks from a main road and close to so many amenities. There's a grocery store within 5 minutes and restaurants and shops just minutes away. There's even a Walmart within 15-20 min. To say that it had everything we needed would be an understatement. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had extras like a keurig machine and an air fryer. The property was clean and had extra blankets and bath towels. The in-unit, full sized washer & dryer came in handy. The property also came equipped with multiple bicycles and all the beach "equipment" we needed. When we wanted to make the short (2 block) walk to the closest beach access, we just loaded up one wagon with enough beach chairs for 5 and a second wagon with a nice-sized cooler for snacks & drinks. Beach and pool towels were also provided. Easy peasy. The back patio and pool area was the perfect size for lounging around without being on top of each other. Had we stayed longer we might have used it more, but the beach just called to us and was too convenient to pass up. Gabriella was incredibly responsive to all our questions prior to arrival and wasted no time dealing with a maintenance issue we had to get it resolved as quickly as possible to our satisfaction. There were lots of other vacation rentals on the block, but the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. If you're looking for an amazing property in Ft. Myers Beach, I cannot recommend Sea Breez Palmetto enough!!! We will definitely be back.

We had a great time celebrating my son's college graduation from FGCU! The house, pool, walk to the beautiful beach was GREAT! We will definitely plan more family vacations here! Only thing was there were limited bath towels for everyone but we made it work! Thank you for a beautiful place to vacation!

The Palmetto Beach House is a beautiful property with lots of space and light (blinds in every room). You find everything needed for a great stay. After a slow 3 minute walk with small kids you can put your feet into the snow white sand on the beach. We loved the Tommy Bahama umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool is great and we liked the views in the neighbors garden with big trees and plants. The owner Gabriela is a gem and made sure that our stay was most enjoyable. We definately recommand staying in this place.

This house & homeowner was great! Very great experience. Off on a little side street that was nice & quiet. One side neighbor was very clean, the other side was not. Lots of clutter & junk. Very nice walk to the beach. It was wonderful to have a stocked kitchen and little storage room by pool area with whatever you needed (especially for those who fly). Great vacation!
