Good central location for exploring area beaches.

Check in was simple and Jason was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. Property was as advertised and in great condition. Location was central and within walking distance to the beach and main shopping and restaurant district. Would book again for future visits to the area,

Clean nice house walking distance to many restaurants and centrally located. The owner was responsive and immediately fixed a washing machine that decided to stop working. I Would recommend this house

We stayed with our dog at this well-equipped house. Liked the fenced yard and spent a lot of time on the screened porch. Within walking distance to many good restaurants and the beach. Will be hoping to make a return trip.

The location was ok, not a lot of noise but some traffic and foot traffic in front of the house. It was near a very nice park and about one half mile from the public beach. I notified the owner after we arrived of the items that needed repair or may have been stained. I was a bit concerned because of the statement in the contract about who is/was responsible for "unreported" damage so reported what we found right away and sent pictures. I think that the fees added to the rental are a bit excessive, redundant for what is stated. We also had to pay an insurance fee or give the owner a damage fee up front, if the fee was not paid to the insurance company. Again, never ran into this before with Vrbo before on the three rentals we have had prior to this. The house had everything you would need to cook meals and have a good entertainment experience if the weather was inclement and you had to remain inside. Shopping for food and other items is about 4.5 miles away. Rentals for most everything is near by. Beds need to be replaced with better mattresses, way too soft and high.

Jason's unit was great and he was responsive to all of our questions. This is the second time we've rented from Jason and we highly recommend him.

We only live 20 minutes from this "staycarion" and enjoyed the very walkable neighborhood. The house was clean, easy to use appliances and tv, super dog friendly with a small park a block away and a dog park about 3 blocks away.

Our stay at this unit was really wonderful. It is the perfect size and has all the amenities you need including beach items that you can use instead of paying for chairs and umbrellas when you go out. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 15 minute drive and the Gulfport downtown area was fantastic and very welcoming. Getting to the highways for a trip to Disney was no issue and there are grocery stores everywhere. Jason was a great host and communicated very quickly on recommendations and questions regarding the unit and area. Thank you!

I booked this place for 1 month and I'm extending 2 weeks more ! I am remodeling my house and I needed a place to stay with my pets for at least a month. It is just what I needed to feel like home, comfortable, very well equipped, a screened patio for my pets to enjoy the cooler nights :) I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood where you can enjoy the live music bars and restaurants and the sunsets views in the pier .. Just wonderful.

Enough can’t be said about this Gulfport treasure! From comfortable beds nicely appointed furnishings to a good kitchen and lastly the the screened porches area with seating and big screen tv! Walking distance to great food and bars of Gulfport if you’re looking for a great place this is it. Plus several beaches are only a short 12 minute drive.

This was a great find. We had not discovered Gulfport and took a chance on the location. It's such a cute town and we were a short walk from the restaurants and waterfront. The house was so comfortable for the 2 of us, and when our granddaughter visited there was a bedroom for her to sleep over. The screened in porch offered another room where we could enjoy the weather while talking with friends. We had our dog with us and it was a perfect location to walk him and enjoy the surrounding area. The fenced in yard was a bonus. The house was clean and had everything needed for our stay. The host left a bottle of wine that was so appreciated! We definitely plan to stay here again. Perfect!

House was not cleaned , dirty towels on floor , beds unmade with filthy comforter , dirty sheets . House in bad shape . Misleading photos , owner lives in Ca. needs to go yo Fl. to check on his property ! Don’t waste your $$$

All about Location - blocks from artsy downtown Gulfport, close to restaurants and parks. We loved strolling through Wood Ibis Park and having outdoor breakfast at Gulfport Comfort Cafe. Great mix of friendly people walking and biking in the neighborhood. The house has a cool screened in patio for evenings, our dog enjoyed the terrazzle floors and we thoroughly enjoyed the house.

We have stayed at Jason's Beach House and Wine Cellar for the last 3 years.. We love the location, Gulfport is very friendly with good restaurants and bars. ST. Petersburg is only 15 minutes away, St. Pete Beach is also only 15 min. away. Jason has always been available if we have any issues. He takes care of them right away. We have already committed for next year.

Jason’s place Wes in a great location to downtown Gulfport shopping and beach. We love to walk so enjoyed the area for walking and site seeing.

We couldn't be enthusiastic about recommending this host and property! The location near the harbor and Gulfport's charming downtown could not be better- walk to all! The property was spotless and well stocked, not mention just cozy and super comfortable.

This property was perfect. I enjoyed the screened in porch every night. Everything was just beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved the brach theme decor throughout. Few blocks from beach and some local bars. It was a perfect long weekend.

We enjoyed ourselves on this trip!! The house was the perfect location as it was a close distance to a lot of things. It was a quick drive to St. Petersburg for a wedding, a mall, breakfast in Treasure Island, etc. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and the keypad lock on the front door was easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

A great house with a very nice and fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity provided for from coffee to poop bags for the doggies. Patio was a wonderful space where we spent most of our time. To top it off, Jason left us a nice bottle of wine as a welcoming gift. Walking distance to historic Downtown Gulfport was just perfect. Six stars.

It was our first time in Florida and we were there for very unfortunate circumstances but loved the place.

Very easy access, everything we needed was fixed on property and then some! Walkable to shops restaurants in a excellent and safe location!!!

Location was great. Duplex was clean, and in great shape. Frustrating things were that the Internet was really bad. I'm guessing the access point or extender was next door or something. Bathroom sink and shower drained very slowly. TV was complicated. Could find CBS to watch The Masters in the small amount of time we were in the house.
