This cottage is so charming, clean and convenient. We had high expectations based on photos, and reviews, and we were not disappointed. The owners were very easy to work with and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. It was evident that they cared for their guests and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely consider this special place when we return.

This pleasant little house is perfectly located in Tavernier. It provides an enjoyable island experience that is perfect for the vacationing family or serious fisherman. I highly recommend this property.

Everything about this place was perfect! We’ve stayed in many different VRBO homes over the years and this was among the very best. Every detail about the house was as described or better. Very clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. We always have so much fun and the house is gorgeous. We love that we can keep our boat here, it’s a central spot to fun attractions, and Denise is very accommodating. We plan on returning next summer for sure ☀️

Property is truly amazing, clean and fully stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We played the variety of games almost every night after coming in off the boat, which we could keep right outside! The property owner/managers really did think of everything. Thank you so much!

Need TV's in other bedrooms an may be a radio in the kitchen someone should check the hot water heater as when 4 showers were taken the 4 person always had cold water. We left 2 bags of fish in the bottom drawer of the freezer if someone could overnight to me I would be happy to pay.Thanks Bill McKechney

The home was super easy to find, easy to check in and out and was stocked with everything one would need and extras like bikes, kayaks, life jackets. The kitchen had spices, lots of helpful cookware and even a soft cooler to pack drinks and lunches! Having paper towels and tp on hand was wonderful (you'd be surprised at how many expect travelers to bring their own!)We loved being right on the canal, at the end of one which made it nice and private to hang out in the water.

Words and pictures just don’t do this cottage justice! It is perfectly decorated, clean, comfortable, has many extra’s (kayaks, bikes, laundry use etc), and amazing hosts!! It’s a quiet little neighborhood and great for relaxing! I hope to come back here one day......soon!!

This was a perfect property and the owner's certainly go the extra mile to make your stay a good one. The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you could wish for. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook there and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. I would highly recommend!

This home is just wonderful!! Picture perfect! My family and I have stayed in many rental homes and condos all over the south. We have not ever stayed in a place so well equipped!! Our main requirements are comfortable beds and decent pans and knives. We want a good nights’ sleep and love to cook. This home filled those requirements plus!! The hosts thought of everything! There was not one thing lacking! The home is in a great location, in Tavernier, with access to everything you could be looking for near Key Largo! Do yourself a favor and look into this home for your next trip to Key Largo!!

We enjoyed this beautiful and conveniently located home. The house was clean, functional, well decorated and very comfortable. Our boat was kept in the canal right behind the home and was easily accessible to the Atlantic or bay side via Tavernier Creek. Would definitely recommend staying here. The owner is very responsive and wants the guest to feel right at home!!!

It was our first VRBO stay and we couldn’t have been happier. We wanted something less crowded because of covid and it was exactly what we were looking for. A whole house with a kitchen and laundry and we could launch the kayaks from the private dock. It was perfect. I don’t know that we’ll ever stay at a hotel again.

My husband and I were looking to getaway but still wanted to feel safe during the pandemic. The Cottage was lovely. It comes equip with bikes, water noodles, kayaks, rafts and so much more. The toy storage was impressive! I’m very particular when it comes to cleanliness of rentals and this was 10/10. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. More amenities than any other rental I’ve stayed at. The hosts are very thoughtful in how they set up the house and you can tell they really want you to feel like a local and love The Keys as much as they do.

Very pretty home right on the canal which was perfect for our boat. Loved the coffee bar and attention to detail! Everything was perfect! If I had to say one thing - it was a little cool during our stay and would have loved a blanket under the bedspread on the beds. Otherwise - no complaints at all! Loved it!

The home was immaculate and owners were very responsive.Great location on canal with quick access to ocean via Tavenier Creek. Plenty of dock space for our 24ft rental boat and easy to load/unload gear. Neighborhood was very peaceful. We would stay there again for certain!!

Our family of four (parents and two teens) could not have chosen a better home for our trip. The owners are tremendously accommodating and communicate regularly. The house is immaculate. So very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. The canal is beautiful and the outdoor seating is so much fun! We sat out by the canal every morning and evening. Seeing the manatee in the canal was AMAZING. We biked to lunch one day and took the kayaks through the mangroves. We made friends with the neighbors. The coffee bar was such a lovely touch. We just can’t say enough good things. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our family needed this respite and time to recharge.

This house was perfect for our family on fall break. We rented a boat for a few days and docked it at the house, which was super convenient. We also loved watching the manatees in the canal on a couple occasions!

The Sea Glass Cottage is an absolute jewel. Denise and Frederick did not miss a single detail in preparing their home for hosting guests. The bikes and kayaks were an integral part of our stay, and the canal location allowed us quick access to both the Bay and the ocean. Been coming down here for 15 years and it was by far our best experience!!

This was my first VRBO experience and it was perfect my expectations for a year future rentals is high now ! The house is Conveniently located, quiet nice neighborhood and not difficult to access. You walk into the house and you immediately fall in love, decorated exquisitely, smelled so clean and fresh, lots of space, oh and the laundry room a Dream. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you might need for that home away from home getaway. We took our boat for our getaway and accessibility was just great - access to the bay and ocean, gas a few minutes away. Denise was very cooperative and responded in a timely manner to any of my messages - she was so gracious allowed us to check in early and check out late (we didn’t want to leave) . Due to bad weather we were not able to enjoy the bikes and kayaks but this just means we have to return. Only thing missing was a pool - but it’s ok - we don’t live in a perfect world lol.

It felt like home away from home. Beautifully decorated and very clean property. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

We had a great stay at the Waterfront Summer Cottage. Denise and Fredrick keep a open line of communication during the whole stay for any questions or concerns. The house has just about anything you need and is beautifully decorated. The location is awesome for boating. Short canal ride to Tavernier creek then easy access to gulf or ocean side. Plenty of dock space.

This house is clean, roomy and very well stocked with everything you need to have a relaxing fun vacation. From the inside accommodations to the outside toys. The location is perfect for access to Atlantic or Gulf Waters by boat. The boat dock with fish cleaning table and grill was so nice too. Great place and the owners were very nice and accommodating.
