We stayed at the little beach cottage for a birthday weekend and had a wonderful time. We sat on the deck for most meals to enjoy the gorgeous of the water. Walks along the beach, BBQ and relaxation in cute surrounds. The beach house was very clean and was fully equipped. Privacy was better than we expected as the main windows of neighbouring houses don't look straight into the property. Would definately return. Thank you

The property is sweetly located near the sea. At the rear is a lovely area where you can indulge in a bit of morning and afternoon sun by the grass with a view of the blue sea. While we didn't use the BBQ it was available along with the sun-deck. Kids-room was well appointed, as was the bathroom and cleaning up facilities. Honestly the only minor complaint was a slightly loud door, which would bang gently in the wind - propping up something against it restored my ability to sleep. The host was very chatty (via text) and helpful ... so - thanks again.

Again had another great stay at Warrain Cottage. Super comfortable new bed in main, great outdoor furniture and bbq … view / spot on location- can’t wait to book again. Great communication with host who couldn’t be nicer. Thanks

From the beginning, Luke was responsive, helpful and so thoughtful. He went over and beyond to cater for our needs and situation. The magical view of the ocean from the backyard, the private access to Warain Beach, and the firepit were also outstanding highlights of our stay. It was just the R&R we needed. We had a great weekend, enjoyed the proximity to the beach and loved the simplicity of the house. Kids loved the bunk beds. Heaters were great as it was a cold and windy weekend and there were plenty of extra blanket, cushions etc if needed. Well equipped kitchen and really nice crockery. Will return!

Clean , comfortable, had everything we needed, great beach access. The only minor thing with the location is the lack of privacy between neighbors due to the shared beach access. However would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, great value for money. I loved my morning coffee on the deck, looking out over the ocean. Can't ask for a better start to the day!

We spent most of our time on the deck and beach. The cottage has everything you need and was very comfortable for our family! It was a memorable stay for us.

We can not recommend more highly this property and the very friendly and accommodating host Luke. The property is as described and is very cosy. The location is amazing with all the beaches in front and at close proximity. Luke was very prompt and responsive with any questions and needs. He was also very generous with giving us a very late check out as it was my husband's birthday. We will be back.

Just returned from our third stay - we can’t wait to come back yet again. Super location, perfect house for our needs. A great relaxing holiday - just love lounging on the balcony with its fabulous view and hearing the waves crash on the beach below.

We had a lovely stay here. The property is very comfortable and well equipped. The location is superb, it's very easy to walk pretty much anywhere in Culburra. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place for our stay

We had a wonderful time. A great little holiday home with the most relaxing views, and so many great places around to explore with the kids. The adventure path down to the beach was a winner!

True to the photos and description, this is a cute mini beach shack on a quiet culdesac with an ocean view from a covered deck and easy access to a magical stretch of beach - no road to cross, just a short trott down a bush trail. Well appointed, tidy, comfortable but not luxury accommodation, this was the perfect midweek getaway. Besides sufers, we had the place to ourselves. The ocean was warm and the sunsets absolutely glorious. We'll be back.

It was absolutely perfect. The cottage has everything you need - it’s really right on the beach. You can walk to the beach via a small path in the garden or along the road (past the surf club). Both ways are less than 3 minutes. On the terrace you can see the sunrise over the sea every morning. In the evening you can sit comfortably outside and let the evening end while listening to the waves. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. There is enough space throughout the house. The place itself is rather quiet, just the right thing for us. There is a supermarket where you can get everything you need. You also have the possibility to go out to eat, if you do not want to cook yourself. The people in the village are all super friendly and in the morning you can talk to the fishermen on the beach. Culburra is ideally located for day trips to the surrounding countryside or even to drive to a larger city. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The communication with the landlord was totally uncomplicated and Luke is very friendly. Here again many thanks Luke 😌

Amazing location. Very comfortable. All the cookwear you need to cook at home. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy the south coast.

The location was amazing, right on the beach and easy beach access as the path was right there at the place. It was so quiet, you could only hear the waves. The house had everything you needed too, perfect for our small group of friends to relax. Communication was great from the host. Couldn't recommend this place any more, we had the best time!

This property was amazing, with a little path to a wide and private feeling beach. We saw dolphins in the bay while we enjoyed the outdoor patio. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and cute.

Stayed at the property with my husband and two adult daughters. They played in a tournament in Nowra. Perfect place to come back and relax.

Could only stay one of the nights as we had a private emergency but the place was lovely! Wish we could’ve enjoyed it longer. Owner was fantastic to talk to and was so kind regarding our problem. Would stay again (hopefully for the full time lol)

Despite raining for all 4 days of my stay the cottage was a warm hideaway from the Tasman's chills. It was clean and well appointed with a terrific outdoor area I hope to use...one day.

A comfortable and clean cottage with all the amenities you need for a relaxing beach holiday. Particularly liked the deck out back with the stunning ocean views! Even spotted a whale frolicking in the depths with the binoculars. The host was fabulous as they provided clear directions and quickly responded to our text query 😀

Lovely spot to relax and unwind for us especially as we had a few long days of driving. We made ourselves at home and cooked our meals every day. Bacon and eggs for breakfast on the deck watching the waves. Bliss. The internet and TV were brilliant. The shower water was hot. The kitchen was well equipped. Great holiday all round.
