Lovely house in a fantastic location. Sara was really responsive and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay here - we hope it's not our last time!

The house was lovely, clean and well equipt for a self catering weekend. (We loved the outside shower which has the bonus of hot water!) It was a fantastic location just tucked behind the shops, pubs and restaurants and a 2 minute walk to New Quays beautiful beaches. We had a great weekends stay here.

Very relaxing holiday. Conveniently close to the front and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

The property doesn't live up to the images portrayed in the photographs. The twin bedroom in the attic is not fit for purpose as the staircase hasn't been altered to accommodate living accommodation so there are low beams on the staircase that you have to bend to avoid. Beds are uncomfortable with old matresses. Fridge doesn't work, freezer door is missing. Old furniture that is badly painted on the outside and no paint on the inside, hence it smells unpleasant and wouldn't be nice to store clothes in. Old and battered electric heaters on the walls that looked dangerous to use, so consequently we didn't, which meant we had no means of drying clothes during what was a fairly wet stay. The outside area that we were looking forward to using had treacherous steps without a hand rail in areas, and was fairly weedy. On a positive, the house is in a great location. The owner responded positively and quickly to get a leak fixed.

We had a lovely break in this great house. Close to the beach and easy access to the bars & shops. The house has everything you need for a break in New Quay. Comfy beds and windows that open wide to allow you to take in the stunning view from all rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom perfect. We managed to park both cars on the road outside for the whole break. We had a lovely time & great communication with the owner, thank you

Had a lovely weekend at the property with parking outside the door. Lovely terraced garden with great views from the top level. The property had all the facilities you need although we did not eat in over the weekend so did not try them out. Would recommend.
