The property is located in the center of Tamarindo. Becasue of the location is was not very quite at night but it was convient for the beach restaurants and local grocery store.

Great location and condo with a lot of room and everything in it.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Condo is in the middle of town and you can walk to beach, restaurants and stores. Condo is setup nicely and you can view sunset from balcony. Two thinks to consider, on Friday nights there is a bar next to condo that has loud music which goes on late, but it is only on Friday night. All other nights it was quiet. Hot water is only available in the master bathroom, which I wasn't aware is the norm in Costa Rica so just be aware that the second bathroom doesn't have hot water in hot shower. Other than that we had no other complaints and the location is really perfect for great family vacation.

The best place!

Great location across from the beach. 100's of amazing restaurants within walking distance. I would suggest writing down your unit number and name to give to security if you can't speak Spanish.

I was lucky enough to stay at this property for 28 days to relax, enjoy the beach and explore all the beautiful things in Costa Rica. This place was a lot better than I expected with the rooms being larger, the location perfect and the friendliness of everyone I met at the condo complex (security guards, American ex-pats who own condos). The property was amazingly clean which is tough when sand is tracked everywhere in CR. The kitchen was great to use after going to the farmer’s market, grocery store in the shopping strip almost connected to condos or reheating food from one of the amazing restaurants nearby. The beach is so close and a must see for the wonderful nightly sunsets. Good sunset views can be seen from the balcony. We did not rent a car because we could walk everywhere in town. We hired private drivers for trips to La Fortuna and Monteverde. Even though we had absolutely no trouble, Danny the owner, was always responded very quickly. I am already planning my return to CR and I will hopefully be staying here again.

The location of this property was perfect to enjoy daily activities, including shopping, dining and beaches. We were able to enjoy sunsets from our balcony and daily howler monkey entertainment. The property was clean and very well maintained. The pool was a daily blessing. Danny answered any of our questions immediately. We will definitely return to this property when visiting Tamarindo again.

Condo was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony, the holler monkeys in the mango tree across the parking lot, and the close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Tamarindo. It is a very short walk to the beach and entertainment. A car is not needed for a fun vacation. The property was well maintained and spacious. The three bedrooms and two baths were nice. The kitchen was well appointed. The dining room was beautifully furnished, and the living room was very comfortable. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. Everything we needed was available in the unit including good wifi. I would be happy to stay there again.

Location is amazing- the view from the patio is stunning. We spend most of our time on the patio.

This is a great place to stay in regards to location and view. It is a short walk into the busier part of town and only 5 minutes to the beach (if you walk very slowly). As noted in the review title, we woke up to howler monkeys each morning which we did not experience on our prior visit to Tamarindo. You can hear the ocean from the balcony. Tons of surf rental and lesson places right around the condo. We did not spend any time at the pool but it looked very nice. One thing to note, you need to bring your own shampoo and soap. This is not a knock against the host, I've just been spoiled on our past VRBO stays. Luckily there is a small store right in front were you can easily purchase what you need.

Nice condo, great location, very helpful management

Great location. We had trouble with the lock but worked great once we figured out how to use it. Clean with everything you would need.

Great size for 6 adults. Very central location right on the main street. Amazing view of beach and sunsets from the patio while enjoying the BBQ. Clean shared pool. Big fridge and ample cooking equipment. Heads up for future renters, be sure to close bedroom doors as wind coming through open windows will slam them hard! Any communication through owner was very quick and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

This condo allowed us to hang out like we were at home. Cook or grill in if we wanted to. Playing cards on the patio or dining room table. The pool was a resreshing option after a day at the beach. Ability to do laundry was a great benefit. This condo has great views and is well located within the main strip giving you access to everything you need within a 2 minute walk. Danny was very responsive and helpful. There are several options to book excursions. I would NOT suggest Mop Excursions right outside the property gate. They were higher priced across the board and gave us misinformation compared to all others including saying the park was open on a day its well known it's closed ! We used Grayline transportation to and from the airport to save on rental car for the week as a car is not needed unless you want to drive yourself to excursions. Several rental car locations steps from the condo if you decide you want to drive yourself around. Wings and burgers at Johnny Rogers were the best ! Dont skip this. We had good food experiences eveywhere. Smoked pull pork tacos from Longboards, all food at Pikatas was great, same for People's italian and Pizza. Tacos, chips and salsa from Little Lucha's is a MUST. Coffee and waffles from Waffle Monkey and nice breakfast place at Santa Rita's coffee shop located right outside the gate of the condo. Our only recommendation for inprovements for future renters would be to improve the showerhead in the master bath, and add matress pads to the beds. Overall a great experience and would rent again.
