I brought my 2 kids for our vacation this year to Treasure Island. The condo was a perfect size for us, and the amenities were great!! It was a very comfortable stay, and very relaxing week. The sunsets were amazing. The kids and I watched them every night while we were there. A few nights we even sat in the Gulf to watch it go down while we were in the water. Wonderful stay and Gayle was amazing with any questions I had.

We really enjoyed staying here. Gayl was very helpful and made sure the unit had everything we needed left us lots of local info on places to eat check in and out instructions and we really just enjoy this area it’s our home away from home! We will book again love love love

We had a great time. Enjoyed the beach, quite neighborhood. Kids liked the pool when it was windy on the beach. When we had few concerts owner responded immediately. It was all about having good vacation

Treasure Island Vaca
We really enjoyed our stay! The bay right at the front door with a small fishing dock and the gulf straight across the road with beautiful water and perfect sunsets! Not crowded, short beaches though. Saw dolphins and stingrays in the water!!

Great place and time for the 2nd year in a row.
Everything we needed and wanted as well as a terrific location between the bay and the beach! Even saw 5 manatees right off of the dock on the bayside.

Simply Spot On
Our family of 4 (two adults, two kiddos) had a fantastic stay at this property! Former St. Pete residents, Sunset Beach was already our favorite — being within a one minute walk to its gorgeous sand and crystal water was worth every penny.
Beyond the magnificent direct beach access, proximity to local faves Caddy's and Ka'Tiki, the overall value of this property cannot be beat. The rate is beyond reasonable and the condo has everything you need. Soft, homey linens, galley kitchen with useful items, beach towels and chairs, laundry on site...the complex is quiet and right on the inter coastal — have your coffee on the dock/deck with local sea birds daily. This condo is a gorgeous definition of the word "enough" and its owners were a dream with work with. Big thank you Gayle — we hope to be back next year!

Pre wedding getaway
My friend and I spent the week before her wedding at Gayl’s condo. It was comfortable and quiet with a nice pool and steps from the beach. Perfect for a small family or girl’s getaway.

A treasure at Treasure Island
A wonderful vacation experience nicely located between the harbor and the ocean! Our 2 bedroom, unit #23N, at Sunset Cove, was so clean and nicely stocked for our week stay. Clear and easy instructions made by the owners helped our check-in/check-out access quick. Thank you Gayl!

Just Right
Sunset Cove was the perfect location for our family get away. We enjoyed watching the manatees and dolphins off the dock and spent many hours swimming in the gulf. Very accommodating! Gayl was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved their new lace, very comfortable!

Disappointing Stay
Condo was nice. However A/C was not working properly. Contacted property owner immediately. They called a service company but were reluctant to fix it properly since they claimed the unit was relatively new and the repair was pricey. So spent most of our vacation with AC not working properly. Then they charged our credit card an additional fee for accidental breakage of a glass cover on a table after we had put up with all of the air sitting at 76 degrees during the day.

Amazing owner and location
Amazing location if you dont want the craziness of clearwater but still close enough to enjoy all that is there! Watch for the dolphins and manatees in the bay they are fun to see. We will be back!

Great Location
This rental exceeded our expectation. This vacation was well overdue and my husband and I wanted to have quiet yet easy access to fun and the location of this condo is right on. Our morning view of the sunrise was amazing but my favorite was the sunset which was a very short walk to the private beach. Between the beach and the bay, you have the perfect setting for some great pictures. Not to far away you have some great restaurants within walking distance and even more a short drive away. We will definitely rent this condo again. Thank you Gayl and Brian

Perfect Beach Stay
This condo made for the perfect beach vacation for our family of four. The location is really conveniently located, yet tucked away from all of the traffic. The beach is right across the street and the bay is mere steps away. It was, by far, the cleanest rental we've ever booked and the hosts were very friendly and always available. We will definitely be looking to book here again the next time we visit Treasure Island. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Perfect get-a-way
My husband, teenage son and I lived thus property. The location between the beach and bay was great. The condo has everything you need and was very clean. We look forward to returning.

Amazing getaway, views and private areas spectaculr
We really enjoyed our stay and you can’t beat how easy to and from Tampa Airport. Super close to all kinds of food, grocery, nightlife BUT just past a line that keeps it private and quiet and open. You seriously can’t beat the view of the bay, we watched dolphins most mornings. The private beach access was so cool never packed. Gorgeous sunsets every night! Owners were gracious and hospitable. Added amenities to our room including a small cooler, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. Complex has cable and WiFi and they had TVs in every room. Can’t wait to go again. PS super soft white sand and lots of sea shells and sand dollars on the gorgeous beach

The owners are great at communication. The condo is a perfect location to everything. The dock is great for fishing and relaxation. The private beach is right across the street. It’s absolutely amazing!

Quiet and Relaxing
This property was very clean. It has a cute little pool with tiki umbrellas and across the 2 lane road is a private beach access. Short walk to water. Perfect little place for a vacation. The two single beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect for our kids and the king in the other bedroom was very comfortable. Thank you for hosting our vacation. We made great memories.

Cute, comfortable place with a great location!
Location is everything and this is perfect if you want a quiet spot. It's just across the road from the beach (private acess) but yet in a quiet area. Clean and comfortable, with a nice community pool, great wi-fi, relatively new kitchen, and three TVs for those quiet evenings. The owners, Gayl and Brian are very responsive to your needs and communications were great. Lots of good restraunts nearby and a Publix and Walgreens are close as well. If you want a quiet getaway with private beach access, this is a great choice.

Felt like home
We had a wonderful stay !! The condo was so cute ,clean and cozy !! It was the perfect location .The views of the beach were awesome !! We met some very nice people also who we have become great friends with .Overall this stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back !! ☺️

Sleepy hideaway
Great location, quiet area, but only a few minutes away from everything. The condo was clean, cool, quiet and stocked with all sorts of beach equipment. We were very comfortable and would be happy to go back next year!

Relaxing beach vacation
The condo unit is clean and well maintained, with fresh paint and new laminate floors. The condo grounds are clean and well maintained. The condo is about 400 feet from a fabulous stretch of beach. The condo property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. There are several restaurants within a reasonable walk as well as a a Walgreens and a Publix.There are dozens of restaurants and activities within five miles. It is a wonderful place to vacation. The owner, Gayl , is responsive and helpful. I had an enjoyable, relaxing vacation.

Even better then expected!
Where do I start? We knew it would be nice, but your home away from home was so much more then we expected! We loved the location, the neighbors, the condo pool and proximity to the beach! The condo itself had everything we needed for a week of rest and relaxation. We would absolutely love to come back!!

IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS
I can't say enough about this condo. It is everything their pictures show and MORE. The condo is large and spacious with two extremely comfortable bedrooms. The condo is equipped with everything you would find (and need) in your own home. Sunset Beach in Treasure Island has a very unique atmosphere with a slower pace and quiet surroundings. This condo is just across the street from the beaches and even has a pool on site (that is quite large). The owners were so easy to work with and seemed quite eager to make sure that all of our questions were answered prior to our arrival. I highly recommend this condo both for couples and/or a family. You won't be disappointed.

Beauty near Sunset Beach
This is our favorite condo on Treasure Island!! Perfect location, always spotless, all the amenities you could possibly want or need for a beach vacation! You have Bay side on one side and the ocean on the other. Sunset Beach has the prettiest sunsets around!!!! We love coming to Treasure Island once a year and absolutely LOVE this condo!! Highly recommend and the owner Gayle is amazing to work with!!!!

Very well kept and managed condo in Treasure Is.
Fabulous condo surrounded by water. Steps to the gulf right on the inland waters. Very clean and updated 2 bedroom unit with all the needs for a great holiday. 2nd floor location on a peninsula and dead end road away from the busy traffic. Pool has just been updated to code with lots of chairs and loungers. Just down the road within walking distance are 2 fabulous pubs that are well know in the area and offer the best in live entertainment. Sunsets are the best and the beach has just been restored by the US Army core of engineers.
We look forward to many more years here.

Loved my stay at Sunset Cove!
This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Sunset Cove and my family and I just love it. I've stayed with Gayl twice now and she is very accommodating and easy to work with. The unit has all the necessities and is very clean. My family and I will definitely be back and hope to book with Gayl again.

Awesome Stay. Location is the best.
Very clean 2-bedroom condo. We were very comfortable. Had a nice view from the living room. The beach was only a few steps from the condo. The pool was also very nice.
Would rent here again.
