The hot water didnt work starting the first night the property was out of LP contacted the 24 hotline for help and it took over 24hrs for someone to come out and look at the issue and 36 hours to get hot water back.

Good house for large group. If you are on the high end of the occupancy someone is sleeping on a couch. Remember to bring everything you might need if you’re cooking including spices like salt and pepper.

The photos are an accurate representation of this home! Very clean, well-stocked, great outdoor space, short walk to the beach. Everything was as-advertised. Wish we could have stayed another week!

Wonderful place to relax and explore.

My only complaint is that if they could have cleaned off all the mildew on the screen porch area

10 of us (sometimes 12) stayed at Casa Azul last week. This included myself and my husband and our kids (15, 9); my brother, his wife and kids (12, 14), my 60-something parents, and my 21yo daughter and her friend for a few days. My brother said he was expecting a 9 out of 10 and it exceeded his expectations at a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean. It was just as spacious and beautiful as the photos showed (nothing misleading!) Pool was larger than expected from photos; outdoor grill area was awesome; screened-in patio fantastic. The location was quiet and convenient....3 blocks from mid-beach and short drive to everywhere else. Our only issues were minor, but I will note them in case it helps future vacationers: there are beautiful expansive closets in each room---with only about 10 hangers for the ENTIRE house! I wish I was told to bring hangers! There was NO salt and pepper in the house (we looked everywhere), contrary to the listing. And the ice-maker was totally frozen/jammed when we got there. Took a while to get that fixed and working. (And if the owners are reading this.....you forgot to paint the end of the window trim in the upstairs bedroom's bathroom---the one without the patio) We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house is beautiful. Everything was super clean! Love this home! The pool adds the perfect touch. I will be back soon.

We had a great time with our group at this house. It’s a simple walk to the beach and close enough walk to the park and a few good restaurants. The owner is awesome. He takes great care of the place. The pool and outdoor spaces were incredible. The only issue I found with the house was the listings number of bedrooms. They count the second floor family room/landing as a 5th bedroom which was confusing. There was a pull out bed but we were staying here with 4 families. All the kids still young on a nap schedule. So that area without a door or closed off entrance was unusable for our group. This was only a minor setback. We had a great time.

My family and I came down from DC for the weekend for my daughter's graduation from Savannah State University. The house was AMAZING!!! Perfect proximity to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were spacious, the house was clean, and the pool was wonderful. Booking and handling business was a great experience as well. We had to call maintenance because the ice maker was out and there was a quick response. Prior to coming out, the representative that helped with my booking was very helpful; always ready and willing to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be returning.

Very beautiful home on Tybee Island. It’s serene and great for our small girls trip with my sister to visit family during the day but come back and unwind in the evenings. Everything was fantastic. It’s not on the water but it’s a quick drive

My sisters and I stayed in August 2021 for a week. We choose this house only because of the pool and beach. The pool pump was not working when we arrived and the pool was dirty and the water was green. We made several calls to the management company and on the second day they sent someone to turn the pump on but they did not clean the pool. We were told someone would come on Friday to clean the pool (we arrived Sunday and were leaving Saturday). Finally, on the second to the last day, they told me they were short handed and that no one was coming to clean the pool. They did refund part of our rental due to the inability to use the pool. We waited and planned almost a year for this trip and were very disappointed. The beach is a little farther from the house then we expected and not an easy walk. They advertise golf carts on the island but there were none available to rent. We would have been okay with a ocean view but the ocean is not visible from the house. The house is nice and accommodated four couples easily. Three rooms have ensuite baths and one smaller room has a full and twin bed and the small bathroom is across the hall. This is definitely built for a vacation rental and no one lives there or has lived there. We cook most meals at the house on vacation and had to improvise some for cookware and serving dishes but we managed fine. It really does have everything you need to get by. The coffee pot did not work the first day and management brought a brand new one out almost immediately, which was fantastic. Overall, a very nice house, we just wish the pool would have been functional for our once a year trip.

The property is beautiful in pictures and equally if not more impressive in person. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had tons of thoughtful details like motion activated lights on the outside stairs, and similar lights in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had random things most homes don’t provide. It was so well stocked we cancelled dinner so we could enjoy cooking in the house. The front screened-in porches (with fans) are ideal for relaxing. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer. Definitely a great stay!

This home was perfect for our family’s first visit to Tybee. It had everything we could want and more for our two kids, dog, Mom, and sister. Each of us had our own master bedroom, with not one being any better or worse than the other - all rooms were spacious and cozy. The outdoor space was relaxing whether by the pool by day or fire pit by night. Neighborhood was great for my husband and my daily run and dog walks. Close by Savannah made for a convenient day trip. We had groceries delivered via Instacart for extra convenience. Traffic on the bridge getting in on Saturday was the only downside I can think of; would plan our arrival better next time.

13 girls and spacious for all, definitely more space than I thought. The patio decks were comfy and relaxing. Kitchen area is to die for, living space is dreamy and rooms were gorgeous. Hands down the property blew me away !!

What a wonderful place for a family! We had 3 adult couples and one child stay in this beautiful home. We were all together for our oldest son’s wedding in Savannah.

Took our dogs to this stunning , pet friendly property, and enjoyed a relaxing weekend, by the pool, and the easily accessible beach. We will be back again next year with family!

We had a wonderful experience and loved Casa Azul. The pool was a big hit with the entire family. The layout was perfect for parents, kids and your four legged fur babies. We will definitely be back!

The house was amazing. We spent a long weekend with 13 ladies and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean, the pool was awesome and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. Our only minor complaint would be there was a lack of large serving bowls for the size of our party (we served salad out of the colander). Other than that the house was perfect and we all agreed we would stay there again!

We had a fabulous time!! This house was spectacular! Very clean!! The office staff is incredible! Tybee Vacation Rentals is highly recommended for your visit to the island! This was our 4th stay with TVR! We will definitely be back next year!

The steps going from the house to the out door pool area are dangerous. They are extremely slippery and need the grips on them like you have on the steps going into the house. We had an adult fall and two children fall. The WiFi was spotty and a challenge. Overall the house was awesome. We really liked the house with plenty of space.

We rented this home to celebrate my mom's 68th birthday with family and everyone was very pleased. The home accommodated all 13 guests wonderfully. The rooms have plenty of room and the closets are huge. The walkin showers were amazing. All appliances and cookware were readily available. Everyone from youngest to oldest absolutely enjoyed the pool. No one in our party had one single complaint. We will definitely rent this home again and we will definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

The property was very nice just like the pictures. Had everything we needed. We stayed 5 days they showed up unannounced once to clean the pool which i just thought they could have given a warning. Only complaints were the directions to the check in house. They were very confusing. I would stay again

The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We love that we were able to bring our two Golden Retrievers with us (they are family too)! The neighborhood was quiet and check in/check out process was very easy. It’s super easy short distance to get to the beach by walking or bike. We were were there the last week of August and loved that the beach wasn’t too crowded. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax and spend time with family/friends.

Casa Azul is the perfect place for a family vacation. The house is huge and having 3 master suits was perfect for our adult children and families. Just a 10 min walk to the beach and a beautiful pool area as a bonus. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious. All baths were huge with great walk in showers. The covered patio adjacent to the pool is so refreshing when the sun gets too hot. Nice grill on the lower patio with a large patio table was perfect.

We loved the house and the design. Beautiful interior and with all king beds, it made sharing rooms very easy!
