This was the first time staying at The Dunes of Panama and we weren’t sure what to expect. We loved it! The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen necessities, covered parking came with the unit which was really nice. The pool areas were clean with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of places to eat and shop within a few miles. Beach area was clean and was a short walk from the unit. We will stay here again!

Our whole vacation was absolutely amazing! The condo was everything we wanted and location was close to everything. Dunes of Panama was perfect. We spent most of our time at the pools and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Our stay here, 7 nights 8 days, was perfection. Clean and roomy, fit our family of 7 perfectly. View of the ocean was beautiful (huge patio) and walk to the beach was short. We will definitely be back!
Only thing I will mention, for future visitors with small kids, there is no indoor lock on the front door. Kids can open it at any time, without issue. Just heads up if you have little ones.

Ive been staying at dunes of panama a couple years now and i love it. This specific property was great. Beds were soft. We were given our own personal parking spot. We arrived 4 hours early and typically we have to sit on the beach and wait. But they allowed us early check in and we were so happy about this

Check in was extremely easy with the text message being received as soon as the unit was available. The covered parking was really nice. Location was great. Visit Finns across the street for great coffee, fresh breakfast and lunch.

We really enjoyed our trip!! Hanging out on balcony was a favorite thing my husband and son enjoyed when not at beach. From morning to evening the whole condo was excellyand more than met our needs.

We love the Dunes!

We had a family reunion at the Dunes in Panama City. We chose this unit because it met most of our check list. It was clean and no carpet. We even were able to check in 3 hours early, which was a big deal to us after traveling for over 6 hours. Door combination key was super convenient.

Just OK
Good area near everything. Parking was a bonus. Still had hole in the ceiling from March, I would have thought it would be fixed by July. Pools were nice. Short walk to beach was also a plus.

July 4th 2022 week
Stayed at Dunes of Panama before. First time at this condo. Enjoyed the property. Would rent again. Easy access to stairs, elevator and car. No complaints. Loved all of the fireworks on the beach!!

Took 2 of grandkids to PCB and stayed at the Dunes, B106. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Had some issues with all the TV’s but Connie came on over with new remotes which fixed most issues. Super convenient to beach and pool. Would surely recommend to others.

The unit could use a few updates (towel rack on porch is falling apart and rusty, almost all TV remote batteries were dead and couldn’t get the TV in bunk bed room to work. It wasn’t a huge issue for us but should be looked at, hall bathroom needs updates). Would definitely book here again.

Took 2 of grandkids to PCB and stayed at the Dunes, B106. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. Had some issues with all the TV’s but Connie came on over with new remotes which fixed most issues. Super convenient to beach and pool. Would surely recommend to others.

Condo was not clean,
Condo above ours was being renovated and started at 8:30 am
We had to let the workers in as they broke a pipe .
Had to sit around for the day and never showed up -
Came the next day at 8::30 am and was told they would be in and out all day!
Called company that manages and was told nothing they could do!
Owners never reached out
We did leave some beach chairs and towels because condo does not come with them -
Called to ask and never got a reply
Honestly the most gross place I ever stayed

Apartment was poorly cleaned. Company in charge of operating the apartment were super rude. Even went as far as hanging up on me... finally reached someone via email and was very kind and responded promptly to resolve my issues. I dont know that I will even rent through Best Beach Getaways again.

I rate B-106 5 stars! The stay was awesome! It’s conveniently located next to the pool and there’s only a short walk to the beach. Spacious condo with every household item you need. Love the personal parking spot. Even though there’s only 6 floors, we loved being on the first floor not having to carry our luggage up so far. Loved the carefree check in. We’ll be staying there again!

Our stay was amazing and can't wait for the next stay. I gave the communication with property manager 3 stars because we never spoke with them and never needed to really. Would love to hear from the owner so I can thank them personally. Such a fun time and my family and I loved the rental. Will definitely revisit in the future.

It’s so nice there is a parking space that comes with the rental as well. It was very convenient to be able to park and then just walk up the stairs to the apartment. We have 5 kids ages 11months- 8 years and we were very comfortable. The 4 older kids slept in the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen, and the baby slept in a pack n play in the master closet. It was clean and beautiful and we would definitely go back! Thank you!

We loved our time at the dunes of Panama! 106B is such a great location. Just a short walk down the stairs to the pool and beach! It’s so nice there is a parking space that comes with the rental as well. It was very convenient to be able to park and then just walk up the stairs to the apartment. We have 5 kids ages 11months- 8 years and we were very comfortable. The 4 older kids slept in the second bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen, and the baby slept in a pack n play in the master closet. It was clean and beautiful and we would definitely go back! Thank you!

Had a great time! Nice to have a heated pool on the cold day we had. Steps from pool to the beach. Exactly what I expected from the online listing. Check in/check out was super easy.
