Beautiful little bungalow had everything I could of asked for

Having to get 2 taxis to go collect the keys as they were a 5 minute drive from the bungalow, Then the key safe didn’t work on arrival or departure

Bed was horrendous, I slept on the sofa. A sheet on top of the mattress, not tucked in as too small, no mattress protector which is a must and one single sheet draped sideways across both beds. Curtains never been ironed at the front patio doors, toilet backed up on a daily basis even though I never put paper down, I just bought a plunger and did it myself. No privacy in the garden

The location is great. Close to all the places we wanted to be. Everything is just a short walk away, whether it be restaurants, supermarkets or the Yumbo centre, all just steps away. Los Arcos itself is a little run down in places but the pool areas are decent enough. Mostly due to the fact that many of the bungalows are privately owned...upkeep varies depending on the owners. I had the idea that this bungalow was overlooking one of the swimming pools when I booked, it's actually a couple of rows back, so a bit misleading but it has a nice patio area and some greenery. We felt a little exposed to passers by, feeling obliged to greet passers by whilst just trying to relax in our own space. Saying that it was a nice space to be in.

There's no WiFi in this bungalow and the Los Arcos WiFi is pricey and not that good. Fortunately we have good data plans so no big deal, just that in this day and age, WiFi should be a given. We had to buy some kitchen utensils. A good corkscrew, a good knife, a decent tin opener and normal size mugs for tea in the morning. Hopefully future guests will enjoy our purchases.

Comfortable place and excellent location. Nice staff near the pool. Quiet.

Charged a cleaning fee of €100 ( which has been refunded) but bungalow had dust everywhere. Internal doors didn't close properly and outside doors stuck. 1 key to gate 6 when after hours wasn't even mentioned. Had to go around every gate and see which door it opened.

The property was fantastic, excellent location, excellent accommodation. Everything you needed down to the smallest detail of washing up liquid and washing powder. Can’t fault the bungalow at all. I will def be back.

Everything was excellent. The only thing was the bed was noisy. The mattress was fantastic and was memory foam however the frame made a noise on every move. However everything else was fantastic.

Early check in Great location, beautifully set up bungalow with absolutely everything you need. Extra large queen sized bed, gardens front and rear Great communication, until problems arise. Aftercare service was brilliant, but only after we left the bungalow. I would definitely recommend Los Arcos Bungalow, but only if the bathroom problems are repaired or replaced.

I hate giving negative reviews, but this is my experience of what happened. A few repairs in the bathroom and my following comments can be ignored. It is a beautifully furnished bungalow in a fantastic location Meeting up at a shopping center to collect the keys was odd, but clear instructions were given. Los Arcos is a huge complex of bungalows with plenty of access into it, unfortunately we did not have a key to make use of the different entrances, so we had to enter and leave the bungalow via Reception. Despite contacting the representative and letting him know we couldn't find and exit that opened with the keys we were given, until we found Reception, we received no reply. The 2nd full day at the bungalow the Toilet became blocked and subsequently flooded the bathroom with sewage, We noticed that the drain had been covered with clear plastic (a sign that this has been a problem before and the bathroom has flooded previously) We informed the representative who eventually responded. We asked for someone to come around the next morning to fix the bathroom as we could no longer use the shower, sink or toilet. and the bungalow began to smell. This is where things became unclear as to who was turning up and when they would turn up. We had no choice but to vacate the bungalow and seek other accommodation. Getting a plumber in to sort out the bathroom drainage and the accommodation would be perfect!!!
