Very modern! Staff were all so friendly and facilities amazing. The lobby was super cute and a lot of things to look at and cute places to sit. Rooms were amazing, blinds pretty much blackout and bed was super comfy so no trouble sleeping! 😍 Lights etc controlled by the iPad or app on your phone was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

The location was quite good, not far from downtown area of Seattle. Comfortable bed, nice room, clean and bright. Quite a compact space, but decent overall.

The room was slightly too small, but I can't ask for more for the price and location.

The shower was great! The hotel lobby area was poppin! Had a lot of things on site. The thing I was most worried about was remedied by the hotel, which was parking. I read on the reviews that parking was a problem, but they had since secured 12 spots in the garage next door, and I didn't have to look for street parking. Love that this hotel takes feedback and takes it as a way to make their hotel better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was a little tight, but we really only stayed there to sleep and shower. If you are looking to lounge in your room, maybe not the best choice as we got a tighter room.

I liked the room a lot, for me it was the perfect size, and the room had everything I needed. The location was great because it was close to Fred Hutch I started my first round of chemotherapy I wanted to stay close to the hospital and it was cheaper than the hotel next door to Fred Hutch.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking, it's ridiculous. Considering how awful seattle has gotten I absolutely did not feel safe leaving my car parked on the street. Next the food, I get that I'm picky about my food but there was nothing on the menu that I saw that wasn't vegetarian but I also may have been looking at the wrong menu. That's all...

Room was fine

Stayed at the hotel, room was nice no complaints with that. We paid to have the breakfast included with our stay. Food was horrible, I paid essential to eat toast. Food was not even cooked Unfortunately, I seem to have dealt with the same staff member who was not pleasant she would pick and choose who she was polite to. unfortunately, the rudeness of that staff member overshadows the hotel.

The staff here is AMAZING! Honestly the best part of our short stay. Dreanna and Emily were fantastic and so so helpful. The lobby and breakfast were also well appointed and yummy.

The rooms are TINY. Like, smaller than a cruise ship room. We immediately knew that our friendship wouldn't survive the 4 days we had initially planned to stay there, because to get out of bed you have to crawl over one another. We could touch both walls of the room at the same time. Unfortunately the price point for this just does not seem to match the rooms at all. Would be fine for 1 person only at half the price.

Had amazing time. They decorated our room for my boyfriends birthday! I asked not really thinking it would happen! He was so happy, it was perfect! The bed and room were amazing. Our view of the city was perfection! The mood lighting and being able to change it was awesome. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, the space needle, and pikes was just a short distance. We had an amazing time and will be back for sure! It was the best way to spend the weekend with my boyfriend for a little away time and gave us a chance to celebrate his birthday!

Location was nice, lots of different art everywhere. The room was comfortable and we liked how we were able to change the color of the bathroom, different blinds for day and night were good. We were able to take a nap in a completely dark room and felt like it was night time.

The toilet in the bathroom was a little odd. If we showered at night and the floor where the toilet was would get wet and getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom with wet floors was quite the way to wake up.

Lobby was stylish, liked how the bar was situated. Hotel is situated in a good location. Fridge in the room was a welcome suprise. Bed was very comfy!

Issue chomecasting my Netflix account to hotel TV, despite raising this with staff, there was no solution which didn’t help I had booked for 5 nights. Food was basic - that said Whole Foods is over the road which was a godsend. Little things affected my stay really, dusty shelves which prevented me from using, toilet seat was wonky and the iPad which is used to control lighting etc was smudged with greasy fingerprints. AM shower gel pump was broken when I arrived and was never replaced despite me leaving a note for the cleaner to advise. No coffee or tea facilities - instead we’re advised to have coffee from the bar and pay additional fee, perhaps some people want a drink in their room?
