This property was exactly as described in the listing, no surprises or nasty shocks here! It's was lovely and clean and the toys and board games were a real bonus. As were the staples such as toilet paper, kitchen towel, condiments (vegemite, peanut butter, honey, tomato &BBQ sauce etc. We would definitely come and stay again and next time would know we didn't have to bring quite so much as we lugged all that kind of stuff with us from Canberra! Carol, the owner was lovely and very accommodating, she responds to emails very quickly and is helpful and goes out of her way to ensure you get the most out of your stay at her property! Thankyou for a great weekend, we look forward to staying again in the future!

Property as per ad. Enjoyed our time here. No wifi and poor internet reception on the phone but that can be good to encourage family activities. Plenty of boardgames at the home.

The property is of high quality and I would recommend a stay. It is out of the main tourist area, which is great for some...but there are no shops of cafes nearby. Main shopping is 10mins away. House has been recently modernised and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well decked out with absolutely everything you would ever need to use. Plenty of dishwashing tablets, garbage bags etc. House is old from the outside, but inside is great. The outdoor area is very dim, wet and cobwebby... but plenty of areas indoors to relax. I have stayed in many of these places and it is one of the cleanest I've seen. No crumbs in cupboards, fridge and microwave spotless etc. Nothing is perfect but kitchen and bathroom really good. Furniture needs to be moved a bit more often for cleaning. Bedside tables, sideboards etc were a bit dusty and gritty...perhaps after last clean the house was not rented for a while and these accumulated. Could do with a redust and quick go over if rental sits a while...before next guest. Beds don't seem old (saggy or anything) just seem cheap. Queen is OK, but the singles are very cheap and can feel every spring. (kids often don't care) We didn't sleep on the double under the single so cannot comment. Very poor mobile reception in the area.

Great location for a family, well equipped kitchen. Comfy and cozy. Great communication from Carol. Awesome surrounding areas to visit and explore. Close to shops and amenities.

Nice property perfect for a small family getaway

We had a very nice stay and the property was well equipped the out door area was really good in the evening with the cool breeze that came through.

Lovely home, has everything you need and more. Clean, tidy and spacious. Kids loved the fish in the backyard. We spent Christmas here and had our Christmas dinner outside on the covered patio. Great location!

Nice and tidy house for a family of 4. Great location and a beach close by. Bad mobile reception and no wifi so grab some books and unwind. Also no food delivery options. Good restaurants in Ulladulla though to go and have a meal. Overall happy with the 2 nights spent at the house. Thanks,

We had a lovely stay. The house is super clean and spacious, communication with the host was always super quick and helpful, and we felt right at home!

Nice roomy property, immaculately clean and tidy. Lovely cool fernery garden and pond out the back with fish and frogs ( entertainment for my 10 year old). Quick 2 min drive to the beach or also walkable in about 10 minutes. Tabourie is great for kids- beach is good and not too rough. Sandy shallow estuary is warm and great for the kids to swim and play in. Lovely quiet gem of a town.

We loved our stay at this property, which was incredible clean and well equipped. We’d stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a relaxing getaway to Lake Tabourie.

Amazing place to stay. The house was extremely clean and tidy and the street was quiet and peaceful. Would recommend anyone to stay here. Not to far away from the main town and close to the lake/beach.

The actual condition of the house is more beautiful than the photo. The house is spacious and warm, and it feels like being in your own home. The interior features show the good taste of the homeowner. It was rainy days during our stay, the covered backyard of the house is particularly important, together with the plants and the small pond, it is like being in a cafe. I can feel the caring of the host and the owner who treats guests with heart. The place is very clean. We will definitely come again. Thank you so much, Carol!

Plenty of room; very clean; beautiful location. Everything you might need for a great weekend away

We had such a great stay, it was a massive house for how much it cost. All the necessities needed and really clean. A short drive to a small shop and the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better place to get away to for a few nights.

A queen bed plus two bunks was ideal for our family. The location midway between Ulladulla and Batemans Bay means there’s plenty of places to visit even when weather is bad. Comfortable living space and big, well equipped kitchen.

over all it is a good house , reasonable rent fees, good location,Lake tabourie is one of the best places that I ever stayed over for holidays .It was really nice , much appreciated.thanks
