We had a very nice spring break trip with our 2 elementary aged children. The house was definitively what was advertised. The backyard was beautiful and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool. We really enjoyed La Quinta and the neighborhood. Fantastic golf, hiking and restaurants in the area. We would definitely like to return!

My daughter and I needed a few days away from home. We had previously stayed at another house at PGA West, but that one was not available, so we chose this house. It is well located with a scenic view of the adjacent golf course and the mountains in the distance. The house has large rooms, high ceilings, a separate casita, and a nice pool/hot tub with a large patio space. Very quiet and comfortable, it could easily accommodate a family of 4 to 6 people. Owner was very responsive to text messages, which is always appreciated. Highly recommended.

It was a decent place but I think the pictures made it seem nicer than it was. Dated decor. All hand soap was out. Trash left in the trash can. Rooms are dark. Lighting not good. Bedding old. Tahoe barely fit in garage. Suburban will noy

This was the third time that we have stayed at this lovely home. It is very well equipped, and has a beautiful view over a double fairway. We look forward to staying a fourth time in the future.

Our family had such a wonderful time at this house. It was well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen and even with games for the kids. The only bummer for us was that there was an issue with the heating of the spa and pool. I will say the property manager was VERY responsive and did all she could, even getting a pool person out there the next day, but it was a bummer for us. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. We loved everything about this home—beautiful pool, great place to gather with friends around a fire pit, well-equipped kitchen, even a putting green. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with an ambience that made us feel at home. Our guests all loved the casita. We visited Tracey's La Quinta vacation rental in June 2021 and then again at the end of December 2021. It was so nice to return to a home that we knew we loved and find it just as we had remembered, if not better. This is a really clean, spacious, and comfortable home. We paid a little extra to have the pool heated because the temperatures were in the low 60s. It was well worth it. The kids were in the pool and hot tub practically all day. The adults enjoyed it as well. The surrounding golf course and homes are quiet and peaceful. It feels like we are at a resort without all the noise of other guests. The palm tries and the mountains surrounding the valley make for beautiful sunsets. Tracey is a pleasure to work with - she is very good at communicating, mostly by text, and is very responsive to any concern that comes up. She really knows how to take care of every detail to make this vacation rental easy and special. She also has great style! We will return again!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It is like staying in your own private resort with a 24 hour concierge. The grounds are meticulously maintained and it is truly like a slice of heaven. The house itself is beautifully appointed and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is like staying at a 5 star resort! Swimming pool, hot tub, waterfall, fire pit, outdoor grill, games, toys, putting green, furniture, towels, ... its all there waiting for you! As if staying at such a beautiful property is not enough, Tracey was an amazing host. She made sure our check in went smoothly. She was quick to responds and was available for any request large or small. Yet she even went the extra mile, providing welcome gifts and other small touches that truly made us feel special. We travel regularly and this is a top tier property all the way. If you are a discerning traveler, you will absolutely love this stay!

We had a birthday getaway for our son and so glad we chose Tracy’s house! It’s epic in every respect. Our son don’t want to leave the pool LOL. The property is very clean, comfortable and decorated tastefully! The mini golf and bikes bring a lot of fun as well, just wish they had kid size bike. We really enjoyed staying here. The owners are really friendly and made our stay a special one. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. Next time we plan a weekend to La Quinta we would love to stay there again.

Our family just loved this place. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. Very relaxing. Wonderful kitchen. Beautiful pool, fire pit, misters, bbq, etc. Just a fun time all around.

For being our first family vacation post-Covid, we couldn’t have been more happy. This house is perfect for a summer getaway. Pool is the perfect size with a fantastic view. The bedrooms being far enough away from each other (plus the casita), helped when the kids (and adults) needed to take their naps. The pool area, which is where we spent most of our time, includes many pool toys and a nice large grill. We even made smores out by the fire. The whole process of booking and having questions answered was a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect. The scenery is beautiful and we got to enjoy some amazing sunsets. There are a lot of pool toys and floats, kitchen supplies, towels, toys, puzzles, and DVDs (especially for kids). It was really hot (100+ on some days) but with the AC and pool, we were really comfortable despite the heat. Tracey was a pleasure to communicate with and responsive. We hope to return and I would highly recommend this property.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this home as it had a great layout both inside and outside with pool, hot tub, waterfalls, putting green, etc. It was fully stocked with everything you would need to make meals at home, etc. Tracey is an excellent host and made our vacation truly special.

We had a great time at this oasis on a golf course. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. Favorite aspects were the pool/hot tub and the personal courtyard putting green. TV and pool controls were a little confusing, but had good support with a detailed instruction manual for everything in the house. We would definitely come back.

Tracey's home was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The TV's, HVAC system, waterfalls, Jacuzzi etc are all labeled and directions were easy to understand. The backyard is a little slice of heaven! We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the fire pit and the gas grill. The views are beautiful. Unfortunately, the house one down was doing construction so it was noisy but totally out of Tracey's control. Just one of those things. Tracey provided bikes which we out to good use too. The house is conveniently located to Joshua Tree and another good hiking spot, the painted canyon and the ladders as well as Old Town La Quinta. We didn't golf but enjoyed the little putting green in the courtyard. A very comfortable home and I would highly recommend staying here!

The property was great! Tracey was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. Everyone loved the pool and spa and most importantly the house felt clean when we arrived. They had basically everything we needed to cook with during our stay and it was exactly the weekend getaway everyone needed. We would all definitely stay here again!

Wow! This property is fantastic. The hosts have done everything to make guests comfortable and welcome. Our family has stayed in homes all over the world and this was one of our most comfortable stays. The house is beautiful, easy check in, and the pool was amazing. This property was spacious, clean and very well equipped with games, books, kitchen items and pool toys. The pool is beautiful and the backyard even has misters to keep things cool. The owner and manager were both very responsive and friendly. I am excited to go back again!
